其實也是緣分讓我寫下這樣的評論。我本來打算給這個地方 5 星的評價，直到一個電話打擾了我在他們非凡的 JIVA 的水療課程。我現在不能給超過2.5。
首先是好的方面：
1. 新裝修的Paranda提供非常好的旁遮普食物。
2. 這裡的JIVA水療中心是我在印度去過的最好的水療中心，特別是因為治療師（Lha）知道她在做什麼。給她加薪！
3. 我的兩個房間都能看到令人驚嘆的景色。

2. 當我女兒和她的朋友退房時（我還在水療中心），她也被告知了同樣的事情。幸運的是，她拿著我的手提包，裡面有我的卡片和我保存的副本收據。我通常從不要求客戶提供副本，但我很高興這次我這樣做了。
3. 現在，您在世界上任何地方都不會要求提供已付款證明並讓您的顧客難堪。接待人員做了兩次。
4. 當我離開飯店時提出這個問題時，連一句真誠的道歉都沒有。只是，「我們會盡力找出這樣做的原因」。

7. 這才是最重要的——在開車回家的路上，三個女孩（14、15 和 16 歲）告訴我，有人在晚上多次敲門。當他們透過魔眼看去時，他們看到了一隻眼睛在回視。他們嚇壞了，但沒有叫醒我，因為他們知道我睡得很早。每次敲門聲發生時，他們都會擠成一團，每人抓著一個玻璃瓶，以防有人闖入。他們不敢打電話給接待處，因為他們可能不想在來之不易的睡衣派對上受到滋擾。也許是一位行為不端的客人在搞惡作劇……他們想。
再說一次，我本來可以讓這件事發生，但現在不行……這不是人們對印度最古老的連鎖飯店的期望。
於是，本來應該是一次有趣、放鬆、令人振奮的居家度假變成了苦澀的回味。在花了很多錢只住了一晚之後，我被迫在這裡留下這篇評論。

我沒想到會有這麼好的服務,餐廳的工作人員很友好,樂於助人。不像這裏的其他酒店,他們爲您分配了一張桌子,所以你不必擔心在繁忙的早餐時間你的桌子被佔用。
房間很乾淨,我住得愉快!

It was indeed a nice hotel to stay with good proximity to the airport but if I can ask one improvement point, I hope its swimming pool to be avaialble from earlier than 7AM.

Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

Perfect location next to sikanderpur metro station (approx.2/3mins walking) . Helps you navigate easily to the airport (approx. 20mins)
Really clean hotel and rooms are very comfortable and with modern amenities.

酒店的環境很乾凈，床鋪被褥也是很乾凈，整體的酒店感覺蠻高級，設計也新穎。服務人員態度很好，非常友善，也很願意幫助住客。酒店早餐豐富多樣，有西式也有印度式的早餐，口味也不錯。好評。

訪訪客用戶I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar.
The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes.
What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

DdyhxThe hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent.
The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.
