訂了兩晚,第一晚房間(151)在一樓,遠且不便(7旬長者),空間雖大,但窗有遮擋,令人壓抑,第二晚換至三樓,心情大變,又續訂了一晚。好評是給Miss Arine的,是她的熱心助人改變了這一切。Better not accept Room 151 before you check it. We really appreciated Miss Arnie for her kindness and understanding of our needs. You should be proud of what she did for clients and your hotel as well.
It was a pleasant experience for four of us in two different types of room (which were also very considerate that we stayed next to each other without additional requests). The private pools were the highlight of our stay, not to mention that there is a main pool as well. Staff are very helpful and we managed to borrow three bikes (included in the room rate). Other activities were also provided with advance booking, however not all were available and there was a minimum number of person to be able to run activities. Generally a great stay.
訪訪客用戶Menginap selama 2 mlm bersama kluarga sebanyak 12 org dng 6 kamar, hotel yg sangat besar, lokasi yg bagus, bersih di area hotel tp kebersihan di dlm kamar sangat kotor, seprei di kamar saya ( kedua ranjang )ada noda bekas minuman tumpah dan satu nya lg bekas noda kotor tapak kaki yg kena tanah, trus seprei ada noda jamuran, sprt nya petugas cleaning service nya tdk krj dng baik. Sprei yg nampak sangat kotor tidak di ganti ato kurang bersih dalam mencuci saya tidak tau, yg jelas itu sangat mengganggu bagi saya. Dan salah satu dari rombongan saya , tangan nya ada yg kegencet pintu kamar mandi sampai dua jari nya berdarah, pintu kamar mandi yg sulit unk di dorong buka tutup hingga sangat mengganggu.. trus pintu kamar juga selalu bermasalah, tidak bisa di buka hingga kita selalu cari bantuan ke rervice room tiap kali masuk kamar, semoga kedepan nya sistim nya ( perpintuan ) di ganti ato setidak nya di perbaiki, unk sarapan lumayan byk pilihan.
NnitsreDont understand who gave good reviews for this homestay, maybe they stayed for the right price sufficient for this small house. Not worth more than 80K. I prefer to not review if not for few unprofessional issues. While booking this place, the price changed more than a few times from rupiah 120 to 250k. I never seen like this happen online bookings. So, i did not book. Many hours later the priice was down at 120k again. So, i booked.
Then, the owner sends twice long annoying emails and a shorter whatsapp message (attached herewith) asking for pre-arrival info, a very professional wriiten corporate style. I ignored since those just did not look right. Upon reaching the place - not a corporate guest house but a crampy old home, the owner came out slowly and then just talks to my wife completely ignoring me. He kept chatting. Not a likeable elder, a little tricky i felt.. The room was very small with a type of bed that is just good for a few hours sleep. No water bottles, tissues or new soap. Poor room lighting matched the purpose.
In the night one someone plays the TV so loud right next to the room for a long time until i requested him to lower volume. Almost midnight a few guests were tslking so loud right there for a long time knowing we were sleeping. We left early the next day.
