我們住的地方相當當地,但決定留在這裏,因爲我的女兒和她的朋友舞會是在當地的葡萄酒莊園到酒店,我們想讓我們的女孩舞會更特別。
工作人員我們非常樂於助人,友好,超越一切,使我們的住宿完美 房間裏冰箱風扇的冷水,天氣很熱。我們從房間的菜單中點的食物很棒,朋友在酒吧區吃也很好。我會推薦,肯定會再次入住這裏。

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

不錯的酒店，從他們的花園可以看到一些美麗的景色。日落時分，這裡是享用晚間飲品的理想場所。設施包括一個游泳池，這是一個額外的獎勵。早餐價格合理，種類豐富。
唯一的缺點是隔壁房間正在舉辦派對。這當然不是酒店的錯，但是就此事聯繫他們的客戶服務並解決問題並不是最直接的過程。
我會再留下來嗎？是的。

酒店挺好的，比較小，不過歐洲酒店都這樣。自助早餐就是英國離鎮中心打車12磅15分鐘能到，讓前台幫忙叫車就好了。不能公交或者走裏，因為酒店門口就是一個沒有人行地方的車道，非常危險。回去參加畢業典禮，鎮上酒店要麼訂完要麼太貴，所以定了稍微遠一點的。不遠處就是new lands corner，風景超好啊，自己開車5分鐘就到了

非常感謝這家酒店給我們留下了深刻的回憶，正好趕上生日，前台積極配合製作生日蛋糕，在餐廳進餐祝賀生日，吧枱的工作人員定製了屬於我們的專屬飲品，一切都很完美！房間乾淨，晚上還有各種小活動適合孩子。一切都很好！

淋浴沒有水壓而且不是很熱。房間冷沒有暖氣。床上用品只有床單，當我們要求羽絨被時，他們給了一張床單保暖。另外他們只有一條情侶用的浴巾。不會再住在這裡。對清晨的噪音非常失望

在北客運大樓接駁車下車以後，邊上一個通道進去，就到了酒店。酒店整體感覺很舒適，大小合適，服務員態度也好，除了極個別，看見中國人視線迴避。但是不妨礙我對這個酒店的喜愛。對於噪音這塊，有，但是又能接受，早餐種類還可以，衹是有點吃不慣白人飯。這個酒店是可以二刷的酒店，總體是推薦入住的

該酒店所處位置交通非常便利，如果坐火車到weybridge,火車站外有公交車可到酒店附近,如果步行，距酒店2.1公裏；酒店的晚餐非常美味，早餐比較一般；酒店餐廳服務非常好，但前台服務一般；可以看出酒店是重新裝修過的，比較豪華，但房間，尤其是衛生間的設計還是有一定的缺陷，不太實用；酒店周邊的環境夏天時應該非常漂亮。總體來講，該酒店還是不錯的。

BBrad mannI stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need.
There were some things I thought were a bit strange however.
The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap.
The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too.
Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine.
Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good.
Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Parking easy with lots of space.
We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive.
Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it.
Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options.
The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient.
Overall a superb stay.

訪訪客用戶The setting is beautiful and the perfect place to relax with friends. I asked for boules for the boules pit and they found them, meaning we could have a lovely relaxing day on the lawn.
The only thing I felt was that as we had arrived the day after a wedding, maybe they need to employ more people to clean the rooms knowing how busy they would be. Also have more people on the desk for checkout after a wedding.

PPenguinLady房間特別乾淨,很寬敞。很感謝在一樓安全(單身女性)。早餐合理,準時送到房間。牛奶脫落了,但當我通知前座時,立即更換。沒有洗髮水等,但根據我的經驗,在經濟型連鎖酒店中,這已成爲常態。性價比不錯。
我唯一的抱怨:枕頭質量差,腫塊。否則很棒,前台工作人員真的很好。會再次入住,價格合適。

LLMCS我們是在當地參觀,因爲我的兒子是廚師,在該地區工作。這是一個非常可愛的位置和美麗的酒店,工作人員非常樂於助人,入住很容易。我們會推薦。

MMuraliRThe hotel is in a central place and very close to the bus station and not far from the Guildford Railway station (walking distance - 12 min or so). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty was that we had our room on the first floor and at the further end and as there were no lifts (it is a heritage building so they cannot make any changes to the structure) we had to carry our luggage upto the first floor and navigate other steps to the room. There was no other option. We did have help when we arrived but had to carry the luggage by ourselves when we left. This is, though, a very small issue as the property itself was one of the better ones we stayed during our trip. The rooms were certainly larger room than some of the other hotel rooms I have stayed in London or Guildford.
