我們預訂了2間1晚的最後一分鐘預訂。我爲我和我丈夫提供了初級套房。房間非常寬敞,適合英國標準,海景非常美麗海景。酒店有電梯,對於攜帶許多行李的旅客來說非常好。房間有點冷,所以我們打開了備用的小加熱器,足夠溫暖。他們的專業設施非常好。威士忌蜂蜜。哦,我們的房間門不通,這很嚇人。

I can't tell you about my stay as I booked the wrong dates. As soon as I found out, I phoned The Oyster Inn to cancel but because I used Trip.com, they said there was nothing they could do.
I cancelled on Trip.com and the message said that they'd contacted the hotel to confirm if it was ok to cancel FOC. According to trip.com, no response was forthcoming so my booking was not cancelled. My booking has since been ”completed”. When I contacted the hotel the following day to ask why they had not approved the cancellation, they said trip.com had simply asked for info, not to approve cancellation. Who is lying?
Suffice to say, I will not use trip.com again and have decided to stay elsewhere in Oban.

服務：是民宿型酒店，還挺乾淨且清香，公共區域如圖很有歷史感和特色。
環境：需步行或開車爬坡上小山，位置比較好找，公共區域窗景不錯。
設施：房間很安靜，配置都有。
總體來説，還是比較不錯的。

It is very centrally located with Tesco, M n S big supermarkets just round the corner 5 minutes walk away. Some Car park spaces in front good for free parking after 6 pm to 9 am. For cheapest whole day parking, 7.50 pound can be found near the ferry pier, about 7 mins walk from hotel. Easy access to all restaurants.
Reception is within the bar in Ranald Hotel with manned staff until 11pm.
Cons in room, water shower not consistent in temperature, no washing machine and room lightings can feel too dark. But maybe a lot of lightings in that area are like that…
But all in all will recommend. Comfortable.

接待很熱情。我們經過了房子,有一間美麗的房間,看着雪拉洞。羅伯特 &簡(主辦人)給我們提供了非常寶貴的告,去四周遊。房間很口味,配備了一切需要的。早餐室也提供了海景。早餐是很棒的,有區域成分,很心地爲我們準備。我們期待在今後再度留的晚上-10Sterne 是5.謝謝羅伯和Jana。

訪訪客用戶the stay was decent. What stands out from all the similar properties is really really really good bed (double bed turned out to more of a superking), nice size tv (50+ inch), sockets with USB are a bonus. interior design is subjective to taste but its not my priority at this price. I guess one can highlight fresh furniture.
Bathroom: Clean shower, standard number of towels and shower mat, hair drier, heated towel rack, shampoo/soap/body lotion and soap bar.
Waiting staff was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast: the breakfast is usual full Scottish breakfast variety buffet, (fried eggs, black pudding, hashbrowns, scones, sausages, bacon, beans) with plenty condiments available as well as 3 types of toast, couple of cheeses and hams, fruit salad, yoghurts, various sweet pastries. Full set of teas, jams honeys etc, but coffee could be a little better, but again cannot complaint at price.
The hotel it is definitely underrated. While some things around hotel are a little flimzy, dusty, it is very decent value. it all fades away when you realise how nice it is to have a fresh large bed and that it is basically minutes away from ferry terminal. Great views are come as a big bonus.
Note for parking: very limited, but you can park at council carpark not far away at reasonable cost.

Room was excellent with table and chairs to enjoy the view
Breakfast was very good excellent choice of food and hot which is not always the case with buffet breakfasts so this was a real bonus
Lovely friendly staff who you could easily converse with and have a laugh
Have stayed here often and the people who run it now are the best

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGThis is very small botique hotel, didn't look impressive front the entrance outside hotel. The moment we went in, it is really cozy & we were greeted by very warming in house manager & booked dinner table as well. We enjoyed their breakfast and as well as dinner, very good quality. Our concern is this hotel doesn't have lift.

訪訪客用戶位置優越,靠近火車站。很多積極點,但酒店部分陳舊,房間地毯地板不穩定,所以必須謹慎行事,不要絆倒並造成傷害。接待工作人員傑米愉快,最有幫助,入住前一天晚上,妮古拉在電話裏也是如此。食物可以改善,早餐品種更好,並提供新鮮水果。
分配的房間不是我所期望的。如果分配更好的房間,會再次入住。
