很適合出差，位置不錯去哪裡都方便。房間乾淨整潔。水很乾凈，在聖多明各很難得，很多酒店水都不夠乾淨。隔音不錯，相對算安靜，在多米尼加很難得，有非常多的酒店都非常吵鬧。

- 我... 1.Rook 316.空調不工作。遙控屏幕壞了,看不到控制面板。由於酒店滿房,無法換到另一個房間。只能在只有風扇的房間睡覺。 2.風扇起初似乎沒有工作,但工作人員設法修理了。工作風扇發出響亮的聲音。 3.房間裏沒有鏡子。 4.房子走廊內側有一扇窗戶,第二扇窗戶在廁所內,面向外面。加 1.前台的兩位工作人員都非常友好,特別是夜班人員,幫助解決了空調和風扇問題。兩者都英語很好。 2.電視有幾個英語頻道。 3.有電梯和房間有基本設施。 4.位置一流,附近有一家當地不錯的餐廳。

El edificio es nuevo y muy bonito. La pena es que la habitación que me dieron no se correspondía con las imágenes que tienen publicadas cuando eliges la habitación. Elegí la habitación doble superior y me dijeron que las fotos que aparecen en mi reserva son de la habitación premium. Me defraudó eso.

訪訪客用戶I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

Hasta Yolanda una camarera muy profesional. La encargada de la limpieza de mi habitación, Virginia, increíble los detalles de tenerme la habitación a mi gusto desde el primer día. Y la persona que me hace especial en los desayunos y almuerzos es de nombre DIVINA, su nombre define su profesionalidad atención y modales, un hotel destaca de los demás gracias a sus empleados y he de decir, que este hotel es de los mejores que he visitado.

KkaryisamermaidThe hotel is now called casa colonial, it is extremely well located! Nearby the conde street and beautiful alleys, there is a big church across the street and a cozy cafe. The hosts were very nice, they make your breakfast and customize it according to your preferences, they serve nice coffee with it or juice as well. The hotel inside is an old colonial house, it has rooftop areas, green areas and a pool, each part of it looks very romantic. The rooms are nice, some are small and others are bigger but you feel you’re in another time zone. Will definitely go back!
