The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

das zimmer im 5. stock war nach hinten raus und dadurch schön ruhig. frühstück war ausreichend. es wurde nachgefüllt. ich werde dieses hotel wieder buchen. die lage ist auch praktisch. es ist mitten in der stadt.

豐盛美味的自助早餐。非常好的服務。不幸的是沒有更多的餐廳。房間有陽台，風景很美。學生們進行了為期三天的跳躍訓練，令人興奮不已。 不幸的是，三樓的WiFi還有很多不足之處。 總而言之，這是一個輕鬆的假期。

The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

我住的是2號房間,沒有微波爐,也沒有水壺。沒有洗髮水,沒有杯子。有冰箱,電視機是現代的。室內不僅乾淨,而且很漂亮,很大。如果你關閉窗戶,噪音不那麼令人不安。電車站Wasserturm就在附近,到達Marktplatz。我週日到達,不得不打電話給經理。入住時間是下午17點到20點,如果說德語,不會有嚴重問題。

Die Lage des Hotel kurz hinter dem Bahnhof ist top, alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Hotelpersonal ausgesprochen nett, an der Rezeption ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man ist von Maritim eigentlich etwas anderes gewöhnt. Höhere Zimmerkategorie ist nicht empfehlenswert, da der einzige Unterschied eine Kapselmaschine statt Wasserkocher und ein Bademantel ist. Ansonsten ist es 1:1 das gleiche Zimmer, gleicher Schnitt, gleiches Bett, gleiches Bad kein Unterschied.

Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

到的好處,員工很友好,早餐很美味,我頭在牀上的子上,高不便,人力都不足。不幸的是,接待員總是在別處,這很不好意思。我已經在酒店工作了,知道老闆/經理有多麼熱情。所以請多人僱用。如果酒店有一年的客人,那就不是個問題了。
