Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -> avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.
O serviço oferecido pelo Ibis em toda a sua rede é sempre excelente. No Ibis Cascavel não foi diferente. Ambiente limpo, funcionários atenciosos e um ótimo café da manhã. Um detalhe para melhoria da própria Trip.com e do serviço no geral seria deixar claro para o hotel ”contratado” que a reserva já havia sido paga antecipadamente.
Hotel położony zaledwie 20 minut drogi od wodospadów. Darmowy parking. Bardzo czysto. Przepyszne śniadanie. Fajne baseny i korty. Profesjonalna i niezwykle pomocna obsługa. Pozdrawiamy Cindy bardzo gorąco i dziękujemy za okazaną pomoc.
Reservamos um quarto para três pessoas, porém havia uma cama somente, com cobrança extra para adicionar outra. Piscina com água morna para fria, com reclamação de muitos hóspedes. Atendimento grosseiro de dois manobristas.
Café variado, boa limpeza dos cômodos e excelente localização.

CCláudia Haa4 estrelas para limpeza porque o banheiro tinha pelos no chão;
4 estrelas para as instalações porque de madrugada ouvi muitos barulhos e ruídos vindos de outros quartos e do corredor, de chuveiro, de descarga de banheiro, de conversas, ouve-se toda a instalação hidráulica vizinha e incomoda bastante. Fiquei hospedada no primeiro andar.
No mais, é um hotel lindo, com cama confortável, banheiro agradável, chuveiro ótimo, banheira, design lindíssimo, decoração muito bela, café da manhã delicioso, atendentes prestativos e solícitos.
