酒店位置:非常好，距離機場20分鐘車程，距離所有主要景點都近，出去city walk全程衹需要步行 餐食: 早餐就是歐洲平均水平 以肉，魚和水果，酸奶，麪包為主，三文魚和橙子個人覺得不錯。想喝到點不是咖啡的熱飲不容易，什麼奶茶更加是想都別想 美食荒漠不是胡亂得來的頭銜。。。 不過酒店隔壁有家麥當勞，有幾種國內沒有的麥旋風和蘋果派，可以解解饞。 點了雞翅，5隻一份，沒有國內的麥辣雞翅好吃。 套房景觀:絕佳，如圖所示。 房間設施: 簡潔乾淨，有沐浴露，洗頭膏，漱口杯。 需要自帶:拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏，梳子，胖嘟嘟刮鬍刀，電熱水壺，這些東西都是沒有的。雖然每層有一個房間可以自取免費的熱水。再次感謝#攜程定製師Mia出發前的反覆提醒。 床品和温度: 不錯，軟硬適中，空調温度適宜。 其他: 音響也很好，有個留聲機，樓層和電梯都是刷房卡。 🤌酒店價格: 春節期間有漲價，一晚兩千+

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that despite booking a twin room (I was traveling with my mother) that no such rooms were available. The receptionist was very curt and really did not seem to care whatsoever - a very ”not my problem” attitude. While serving us he was extremely rude to another guest who tried to check in who had realized that we were first in line. Overall, it was certainly not a welcoming experience. Later that day, I received an email from Expedia asking about our check in experience and I submitted my honest feedback. Later that evening, I received a call from the receptionist asking about our stay because ”I read many things” meaning he had read my check in review. It was an extremely unprofessional, threatening and passive aggressive act of intimidation that only served to encourage me to write this review and post it on as many websites as possible. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I would never stay in any hotel by Fassbind (the parent company) if this is the sort of staff they hire and train. In addition to our very poor staff experience, the hotel overall (though in a great location with nicely designed rooms) is very small and cramped (as are the rooms). The lobby is also the breakfast room and you can barely move around or get your items out of the elevator. The bathroom shower drain is directly in the bathroom floor and water gets everywhere. The AC us extremely weak even though we had it full blast. And other than the germ pot chocolate fountain in the lobby (which was never covered during our stay) there was not a single chocolate offered at checkin, checkout or awaiting us in the room - really quite laughable due to the name of this hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

酒店從火車站走路至少十分鐘吧 除非你知道路不用看谷歌地圖還沒拿行李 總體推薦入住 1）房間乾淨整潔設施算齊全（不過沒有燒水壺沒有速溶咖啡三合一，衹有給紙杯）其他都有 2）如果你預算是1500人民幣內想要近火車站，這家應該是最合適的選擇

公寓很可愛,我們有一個工作室,廚房裏的每一個項目都看起來像從未使用過,它是完美的,有你需要的一切,爲兩個人做一頓小晚餐。牀真的很舒服,有各種各樣的枕頭,浴室有一個非常大的舒適浴缸。總的來說,對質量真的很滿意。該地區非常棒,您可以步行進入蘇黎世,或從酒店外面直接乘坐公共汽車,電車或火車。還有一個星巴克和超市,你需要的任何東西都很多。哦,接待的味道真的很好(它們有香味)

靠近Zurich火車總站，到老城區也很近，地理位置很好👍，酒店相關設施很不錯，很好的視野，很溫馨的服務，早餐相對簡單一點，但是有很好吃的火腿，也可以另外點。特別要感謝一下前台的小哥哥，由於是晚上的飛機飛香港需要十幾個小時，一直擔心沒有辦法在登機之前洗澡，下午回去取行李的時候儘管已經退房了，還是安排個一個有沖涼的洗手間，還提供了免費的毛巾，點大大的贊！

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

Good value in a great location. We walked from the train station. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast while watching pedestrians and cyclists making their way to work and school. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and strong. The young man who checked us in was 5 star. Definitely recommend.

房間乾淨，房間窗户可以打開也可以上旋透氣，很好，廁所衞生乾淨，就是廁所沒看見換氣扇，床較軟，早餐品種多味道不錯，迎賓台一直有蘋果，很好，燒水壺小巧，沒有配一天兩瓶水，距離主火車站超級近，來的時候不認識路，Google map很好，導航很好，但第一次到，在火車站裡繞了點路，也不知道直達電梯在哪個位置，手提行李箱爬樓梯上到地面後走了一段發現了直達電梯🛗，走的時候認路了，從酒店到主火車站Zurich HB就走了3分鐘，坐了直達電梯🛗，再上自動扶梯到了站台，順利坐上火車。1100元一晚對於蘇黎世主火車站附近性價比較高，酒店出門左邊小路走30米再左轉走30就是tram 車站，去哪都方便

床非常大，兩張拼的，由於加的床太差，最後一家四口全睡大床，倒也不擠，也有空調，歐洲的夏天沒空調絕對不行；晚餐就在酒店解決～就一般

酒店在火車站蘇黎世HB 700米附近 電車站Limmatplatz4-6200米。 週邊地區有餐館、商店等,主要是印度人。 外面的人吵鬧,但當他進入房間時,它很安靜。 小入口和小酒店名稱標誌。 我提前24天預訂了酒店,支付了費用,但沒有收到酒店代碼。 抵達酒店後,我無法進入酒店。 沒有人能幫忙,因爲他們必須自己檢查。 我不得不打電話來獲取手機上的密碼。 酒店有1個小風扇,但很危險風扇。 因爲前螺旋槳沒有格柵。
