Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Silverfish bug on floor, alive and active. This is a clear sign of lacking cleaning over time. Drain congested and risks overflowing both bathroom and the rest of the room. The extreme smell of food is ever present in lobby / reception area and quiet overwhelming. This due to a buffet restaurant two escalators up from lobby. All was mentioned to the staff with zero reaction. Underwhelming…

Hebben hier twee nachten geslapen en waren echt blij met de goede matrassen! Ook ontzettend aardige staff. Maar voor een splinternieuw hotel zijn er wel wat dingen waar van je denkt; huh? Je kunt bijvoorbeeld in de kamer door een melk glas wand zo de badkamer in kijken, waar dan een gordijntje voor geduwd kan worden, ook de wc. De klimaat beheersing in de kamer is niet zelf te regelen: elke keer als ik hem op kouder zette ging hij automatisch weer naar stand 0. Ook werkte de chromecast op de tv niet (hier moest je dan perse voor aanmelden voor een punten spaar programma, anders had je zo’n slome wifi dat casten niet werkte.) Ook zijn de deuren van de kamers zo ontzettend zwaar dat het lastig was om hem te openen.

早餐比較單一 但味道還可以 不過中國胃可能差一點 哈哈 位置離火車站很近 谷歌導航5分鐘左右 但實際因為水系多的原因 路要繞一些 行李多的建議直接打車 附近停車場位置少 請謹慎開車 而且停車費很貴 所有景點步行 地鐵 有軌都能到 荷蘭真不需要開車 幾乎我沒碰到過晚點情況 服務人員素質非常好 所有的服務都很耐心

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!
