Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet zijn haar best om het zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken voor haar gasten. Mooie uitzicht vanaf 4e verdieping. 1 minpunt is geen raam die verder open kan en geen.

Upon arrival all was fine and the room was okay. But when we decided to have dinner it all went horrible. First soup was really cold, the bowl was warm which meant they tried to microwave it, so they took it back. But got the main course before getting the soup back. Then the screaming started. We heard everything went flying in the kitchen! And the screams and awful swearing continued into the restaurant. When we spoke to the waitress we said that this behaviour is reallly not acceptable. In return she angrily told us off and said we would have done the same if we were not appreciated in our work, we then said eh no we would not behave this way let alone swear like this. (Worse kind of swearing). She stormed off. 5 minutes later a woman came screaming out the lift that a man grabbed her and held her by the neck. It was like a horror film. Staff tried to calm her down, but it appeared they knew this woman and the man...when my husband asked why did they not call the police, she said she could not prove it. After this terrible episode we let the reception know that we are not going to stay another night after this one as I would then be on my as my husband was going in to hospital im Zoetemeer. Next morning we complained again whilst checkimg out. This time the manager was present. She was shocked at our complaint. She was not aware of what happened. The checking out went smoothly and got a refund which we appreciated. But never again at this hotel.

住的好酒店肯定不包括更貴的競爭對手。早點入住也有可能(付費),很不錯的,肯定不能在所有酒店。兩人房間很寬,很寬的室。如果我要再去湖 那就我去了

The hotel used to be called ”Grand Winston” many years ago but it downgraded a lot since that time. The hotel nowadays seems occupied by long-term rentals and the breakfast has been transferred to the bar area. We stayed a week there and it became very cold in our room, I mean really cold, as there was no heating. After we complained twice, they sent us to another room where it was only a bit better. Cleaning ladies and other personnel are ukrainiens so they speak neither Dutch nor English. As there was not much on offer for dinner at the hotel, we always went out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

我們之前讀過所有關於這家酒店的壞評價,但我們沒有吸引過的,預訂了房間。因爲這座建築很可能是一個前辦公室的,你能看到用什麼手段試圖讓它看起來很不錯,而且成功了!房間很寬,很乾淨 & 有現代的樣子。唯一的點是沒有電視(音樂)和子,相反,你可以坐在寬的窗裏,餐廳裏有豪華早餐可以買到12€的,已經有了很積極的體驗!

一塵不染的房間,洗漱用品很好。唯一的缺點是接待處的服務。幾乎沒有任何微笑,你也沒有感覺到受到歡迎。我租自行車時收到一張錯誤的發票,上面寫着另一個客戶的名字。然而,自行車租賃非常簡單,自行車質量很好。如果天氣允許,我建議騎自行車去你的目的地。美味的早餐,有各種質和素食的選擇。您也可以定製煎蛋卷。

Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie, dicht bij het strand. Kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant, maar voor een nacht gaat het prima. Weinig bergruimte. Heel schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een nacht.

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Super leuk en gezellig hotel op een geweldige plek. Wij hadden de kamer met een trap naar een 'zolder' kamer. Super leuk!

Zoals de titel al aangeeft is de service erg goed, het personeel is vriendelijk en de hygiëne op de kamers is erg goed, alles is goed schoon en netjes. Helaas lijken de muren en plafonds wel van karton gemaakt. Het hotel is zo ontzettend gehorig! We hadden op dezelfde etage een aantal dames die graag snachts nog actief waren en van kamer naar kamer bleven lopen, de hele nacht... Ook de bovenburen vonden het nodig hun kamer te verbouwen in het midden van de nacht. Dit resulteerde in weinig slaap voor ons. Ook na melden bij zowel de dames als bij de receptie werd er niet veel rekening mee gehouden. We hebben 2 nachten heel beroerd geslapen, terwijl we daar waren voor werk en dus ook niet alle vrijheid hadden om uit te slapen. In een hotel betaal je op de eerste plaats voor een goede nachtrust, dan moeten de muren toch wel iets kunnen verbloemen. Een goede nachtrust hebben we niet gehad, dus wij zullen niet meer terugkeren.
