策馬特5 Lakes Walk附近住宿

We've been there for one week with 70 teenagers for a ski camp. We have been absolutely thrilled all week long, they provided us a wonderful service, we all know how complicated it can sometimes be to endure as many teenagers at the same time, but they met the challenge even better that we could have hoped. 房間基本設施很滿意 就是淋浴間有點小 房間可以看到峯 但是當天有霧 我們沒看到 酒店雖然不大，但是酒店給我的感覺很時髦 裝修很有品位 特別是接待區 晚餐區 還有泳池和室外部分都很不錯 另外酒店的晚餐廳蠻好的 口味很好 服務很棒 我們由於點完餐有人出去拍小鎮夜景了，等回來時餐已經冷了 但是服務員非常好 主動幫我們把餐復熱 。還有早餐品種很全 關鍵是每個種類的品質都不錯 很滿意呢！

Very close to train station, easy to be found Hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to have early check-in. Room is clean and cozy, balcony view is good. I cant complain much

很棒的酒店 不要指望豪華，但考慮到您已經知道的價格點 房間雖小但功能齊全，配備您住宿所需的一切，包括每天加滿的優質咖啡機。早餐遠遠超出我的預期，有麥片、肉類、酸奶、麵包、奶酪、香腸、雞蛋等等！再加上更多非常好的咖啡！步行 5 分鐘即可到達 Bayard 滑雪租賃處，另外 1 分鐘可到達帶您上坡的 Gornergrat 鐵路 從酒店出發，您可以在 10 分鐘內搭乘火車。工作人員真的很樂於助人，即使我們已經退房，也允許我們在最後一天把行李放在那裡。所有樓層都有快速電梯。我強烈推薦這家酒店，如果您計劃整天滑雪，晚上出去，並把它用作睡覺的地方。肯定會回來

Goao picked us up from the GBB station and pointed out different restaurants that we might like. Walking into the hotel revealed a scent perfect for the senses, and the decor was fabulous. We were greeted by Marco’s smiling face. He was pleasant and full of information. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We mistakenly took the lift down to the basement but was surprised when Martin, the owner of the hotel, greeted us and inquired about our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and it had a great layout. Balcony views of the mountains on both sides were an added bonus. We enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast, the selections were awesome, and the staff were nice and pleasant. Between the three gentleman and the breakfast staff, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Zermatt. I highly recommend it.

非常滿意的一間酒店，唯獨： 1. 由於係interlaken west同interlaken ost站的中間，所以要行好遠先見到酒店 2. 隔離係教堂，夜晚同早上都會響，都幾認聲🥺 3. 房間冇空調，因此有點焗，好彩有得開窗 早餐有挺多選擇，服務員個個會講英文，感覺上親切好多

Great place in Zermatt. This hotel is centraly located in Zermatt. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with a lot of variation. The value for money wins big here. Yes, the rooms are not that big, but you will probably stay most of the time outside.

The good news: It’s well located, right in the center of town where you arrive whether by Haute Route trail or by train. The completely automated check in process went smoothly (though it would’ve been nice to have someone to resolve the problem I describe below.) The room was clean and handsome. Breakfast was solid - including good coffee. Now, the bad news: Room 104 has no ventilation. The only air vent is the fan in the bathroom. The single “window” is actually a glass door, sitting right at street level of the heavily used pedestrian walkway behind the hotel - so getting air into the room means also welcoming anyone why might be passing by to come on in. I don’t like leaving negative reviews - but this is a serious design flaw that shifted what would’ve been a lovely stay into a miserable night. I imagine other rooms aren’t set like this, so your odds are pretty good if having a better experience than I did- but if you land with 104, your night is recked and their is no one to turn to for help.
