澤弗希爾斯華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Zephyrhills)

This was just a stopover for one night. It was what we expected a normal hotel to get a night if sleep. It was clean enough. The outdoor pool area was not attached to hotel so anyone could get into it. We had hoped to hop in for a quick swim but it was a bit dirty so we passed. Not sure if we would stay here again unless we couldn't find something better.

I'm here at the Quality Inn Zephyrhills-Dade City again. I forgot to mention in my review for May 2023 that there were also packaged mini donuts at breakfast; those have now been replaced with fresh mini muffins. It was just as pleasant a stay this time as last. Everyone is just as helpful and personable. This time, I must give a special shoutout to Norma, who makes sure your rooms get tidied in a timely manner.

This hotel was clean quiet and very spacious rooms. Even the landscaping and the exterior in the parking lot of the hotel are immaculate. The hotel faces a major street but you cannot hear any noise, or noise from your neighbors as the hotel rooms face inside and hallways which are carpeted. Immediately enter the hotel we were greeted by a pleasant smell in the hallways and the elevator and the same smell and bedroom. Reminded me of the cleaner Fabuloso. Hotel is entirely no smoking, was which great. Golden Corral is right next door.

I stayed at the Zephyrhills Quality Inn for 24 days in May while having cataract surgery. I found my stay to be very pleasant. I opted for the King bed room; it had everything I needed in the way of furnishings. There were way more than enough TV channel choices, and the WIFI worked fine every day at any hour. The breakfast bar was adequate--no eggs--but waffles, yay! Also, there were 3 cereal offerings, granola bars, yogurt, apples, orange juice, and coffee. All the staff are friendly and helpful; however, I must give a special shoutout to always professional while personable graveyard shift desk clerk, Sherry. I woke several nights in the early AM hours and went downstairs to go outside for a bit of a cigarette. Sherry always had an entertaining story to tell. At present, there is some room remodeling in process during office hours. Also, the old carpet in the 1st floor hall and in the rooms is stained; however, those old carpets are scheduled to be replaced. I recommend that you make your reservation well in advance of your planned stay. This hotel is very popular. There were days when no vacancy signs were hung on the front doors.

We were tired and it was getting late, several places were sold out . When we arrived at Quality Inn Zephyrhills, Carmen was friendly and efficient in getting us in and settled. The room was clean and neat. There was some minor wear on items in the room: one towel was showing bare threads in spots. A tear in the carpet where the door stop rests. Overall, we were delighted and happy. In the morning, Ashley greeted us with a smile and a "grab bag" for breakfast. We would stay here again.

Absolutely filthy! I checked in and immediately checked out. There was dirt on the walls, soap scum in the bathroom, crud along the baseboards and the furniture was so dirty I wouldn’t dare sit on it. I never write reviews but this place literally brought me to tears from disappointment that I feel obliged to share my experience. This hotel only earned a one star from me for its friendly understanding staff.

Check-in was good. We had a suite which was very nice, however the bedroom was rather stuffy. It would have been nice to have an a/c unit in there as well. The room was clean and allowed us to sprawl out. Walls were somewhat thin. People had their TV very loud in the room next to us. It made sleeping difficult. Bag breakfast. Nothing fancy, but adequate. I would stay here again.

On the positive side, the employees were very professional & friendly. The beds (mattress & sheets) were comfortable & clean. But...the carpets were astoundingly bad. When we walked in the room our feet got instantly dirty. Looking at the carpet in the elevator was frightening! The smell of cleaning agents were very strong. There was a fan in the bathroom that went on with the only light that sounded like we were landing a plane. There was no talking when the light was on. The breakfast was barely a breakfast. The price was very high for this kind of accommodation. I hope to never have to stay here again.

We stayed here three nights in February, 2022 with two of those three nights being bombarded with TV noise from neighboring rooms ALL NIGHT LONG. The carpet in our room was filthy. They are not offering any housekeeping during your stay and the excuse is Covid (other hotels we have visited have had housekeeping during the pandemic). The Grab-and-Go breakfast was not great and the coffee/hot water is closed down immediately at 9:30 a.m. so nothing if you come through the lobby after that point in time. Not a pleasant stay, needless to stay. This property needs to be updated big time.....and soon. Do not recommend.
