El hotel está bien aunque algo alejado del centro. Si llegáis a Delicias a la estación del AVE y tenéis el cercanias incluido es la mejor opción para desplaz**** al hotel además del taxi. Me facilitaron una habitación superior a la que tenía reservada ya que la mía era muy pequeña y por ello les doy las gracias también por aquí. Si queréis una opción económica esta sin duda es una buena opción si no te importa moverte caminando o en transporte público.

Difficult to reach (if you go past it then it is difficult to return there) - for business the location is average. Very good personnel and very nice rooms. The menu choices at the restaurant were limited; the prices were OK.

We stayed at Ibis Styles Ramiro for 2 nights, and we were expecting the level of comfort we are used to with other hotels of the chain. The initial room we have been give was street facing and very, very loud. The AC was not working either, which made our sleep uncomfortable. I asked for a change of rooms the next day, which was received positively. The new room was facing a patio and was fine - although it had twin beds instead of the the double one we originally booked. The hotel itself feels a tad old and run down, with stains on the walls and carpets for instance, but was clean. The breakfast was OK, and the staff helpful. They even agreed to let us store our luggages before taking our train. I would come back but renovations are needed.

Hesperia is a brilliantly located hotel close to all the action in Zaragoza. Rooms are spacious, comfy, clean - and very good value. Parking is inside the hotel. Have your car ever tried an elevator lift…?

We loved this place. SO central, right in the plaza where the incredible basilica is, close to the tourist info, we walked to a great deli / restaurant called Mondal, and the market. Go to the Palace, so cheap to get in and have a tour and fascinating history, architecture. Great showers. Quirky decorations / pictures in hotel

Todo muy bien, al lado del Pilar . Todo muy limpio . Las habitaciones con doble cristalera para estar totalmente insonorizadas

Reservamos habitaciones para familiares de Senegal y la reserva se canceló tres veces alegando problemas con la tarjeta, a pesar de usar tres tarjetas diferentes. Llamé al hotel tres veces para resolver el problema, pero su única respuesta fue ”error en el sistema”. Finalmente, una empleada honesta admitió que, debido a la opción de cancelación gratuita y pago directo en el hotel, no aceptarían la reserva por su duración. Nos propusieron pagar la primera noche por cada una de las cinco habitaciones, y si cancelábamos, perderíamos ese importe. En resumen, ofrecen condiciones a través de Booking, generan confusión durante tres días y buscan obtener dinero de cualquier manera posible. No volveremos a reservar con ellos.

房間很大，地理位置非常好，窗外就是河畔，下樓就是大教堂，旁邊是大市場，前台工作人員非常熱情，儘可能滿足我的一切需求！推薦的餐廳很好吃！真的很物超所值的酒店！而且酒店浴室提供贈送的用品非常齊全！我覺着這裡是薩拉格薩的酒店首選！除了…………停車場進出很費勁，沒有8年10年駕齡的朋友估計會頭大！酒店的安全性也很高！整個入住體的體驗感非常好！

第一次入住這家飯店，設施現代，乾淨。接待處和樓層的工作人員待遇都非常好，距離 Las Delicias AVE 車站 300 米，有充足的公共交通前往薩拉戈薩的任何地點，位置無與倫比。 房間裡有一台冰箱，我的房間鋪著鑲木地板，非常好，浴室很大，有淋浴，毛巾狀況良好，沐浴露，空調對我來說非常好，因為天氣很熱，床很舒服舒適，燈光正確，還有一個保險箱。 品質價格比真的非常積極，我已經安排在我下次訪問這座城市時了。
