小巧乾淨的民宿酒店，很漂亮。房間內有小廚具很方便，但礦泉水給的少。島上的自來水是鹹的。泳池晚上7-8點就不讓用了，有些太早了。

Ho soggiornato nella casa vacanze Elena’s studios per sette giorni e posso solo classificarla come una terribile esperienza. Le stanze sono poco spaziose e sporche, il personale scortese ed arrogante partendo dalla responsabile della reception fino ad arrivare alle donne delle pulizie e il responsabile della piscina. Nella camera dove ho pernottato la luce non si accendeva al rientro e dovevo tentare la fortuna con il quadro elettrico, l’aria condizionata (pagata 56€ a persona) non ha mai funzionato durante il soggiorno e nonostante i continui reclami i provvedimenti sono stati presi il penultimo giorno di vacanza. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di prendere anche solo in considerazione gli appartamenti Elena’s Studios.

Non capisco chi scrive che la struttura è un po' vecchia e il personale scortese. A noi la camera la stanno pulendo tutti i giorni ed il personale non parla bene Inglese e si arrabatta come può, ma cerca di aiutare tutti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'elettricità ed il condizionatore, e si sono prodigati nel sistemare e darci i giusti ragguagli. I sanitari non sembrano nuovi? Nessuno però dice che l'isola non ha acqua potabile dai rubinetti ma solo acqua di mare e quindi si rovinano con un nonnulla. Noi ci stiamo trovando benissimo e speriamo che queste vacanze non volino perché qui si sta proprio bene.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS HOTEL AND SERVICE! There was a flood in our room which left a huge puddle on the floor which got into our suitcase (where our passports were) and clothes which got damaged due to the dirt on the floor and the rain getting on them! The first day we walked in and noticed blood on the sheet and bed sheet, we asked if we could change but was told they do not give out everyday and do not change unless someone else is to go in after us. After the flooding the managers daughter stood there laughing at us telling us to clean it up and we refused to do so and continued to tell us to pay for another hotel, after going through our travel agent the hotels manager has lied about the situation and turned it onto us (baring in mind there was 7 other people that witnessed this situation)! WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN OR GOING THROUGH LOVEHOLIDAYS!

Hotel itself was okay,location is perfect. Poolarea is small,sunbeds are really tightly. Positive thing here is, that nobody reserved sunbeds (and not be there),so there was always one to go. Rooms have really thin walls, but the air conditioner keeps noice so you don’t hear everything,thankfully. Staff was mostly nice,especially the lady, who was there most of the evenings. However there was a strange meeting with one cleaning lady, who looked at my husband,made a snorting sound looking nasty,and then mumbled something. My husband did nothing but greeted her,so it was really strange.

Personale scortese, camere poco pulite, non rifanno tutti i gg le camere, gli asciugamani te li lasciano per una settimana. La carta igienica devi sempre richiederla non la lasciano mai neanche se il rotolo è quasi finito. E poi il pagamento del climatizzatore a parte 🤣 cioè preferivo 50 e. In più prima che ogni GG sentire la sig.ra dire 7.00€ . Si può secondo voi venire in vacanza in Grecia a luglio senza climatizzatore??? A parte questa struttura del medioevo Zante è carina sicuramente però in zone più strutturate. Girando l'isola ho potuto constatare che ci sono altre strutture migliori e allo stesso prezzo.

We spent 1 week at Elena's with 2 of my friends.The place is very nice,clean and everybody is very kind and respectful. Everybody speaks in English in the hotel, even the cleaner ladies. Rooms were cleaned nicely every day,towels changed every 3 days.The bathroom is a bit small but was enough. The beach is about 10 minutes away,lots of nice restaurant within 5 minutes.I definitely will come back to Elena's studios.Thx for everything.❤️

Disgusting & heartless people. I made a booking & less than 48 hours later I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. They refused. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They should not be in hospitality business. There was over 2 months before my booking.

Everything was fine, but hot water didn’t work for 2 days :(. Lady on reception was kind and friendly, rooms were clean. Didn’t use pool because it was GREEN, so disgusting. There are a lot of cats that go to your room trough balcony. So not for you if you don’t like cats
