雷加爾住宅飯店(Regal Residence B&B)

Super schönes renoviertes Haus . So wie die Zimmern. Wir hatten ein 1 Zimmer für 2 Personen. Super schön sauber. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Eins müssen wir nur bemängeln das die Klimaanlage für heissluft jetzt nicht tat und es kalt war, aber dadurch das wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und zum Glück es dieses Jahr nicht arg kalt war draussen es aushaltbar war wenn man sich unter die Decke eingekuschelt hat. Gerne wieder.

Bella struttura nel pieno centro storico di Zagabria, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Camere grandi, spaziose e comode. Colazione internazionale poco variegata ma comunque accettabile. Servizio gentile e cortese.

Struttura posta in una strada centrale adibita ad isola pedonale. Dalla struttura, in pochi minuti a pedi, è possibile raggiungere le più note attrazioni turistiche della città di Zagabria. Il personale è gentile e cordiale nonché disponibile ad offrire informazioni di vario tipo. La colazione è del tipo a buffet ed avviene in una sala sottostante la struttura.

The Regal Residence is on a pedestrian street just off the main square in the city, Trg bana Josip Jelacic. It could not be more central. The street is lined with restaurants and bars frequented by young and old together. A really exciting vibe. The room was very well decorated and maintained. Breakfast in the basement was good,

Was advised by property 4 hrs before arrival that due to un-forseen circumstances there would be no bar / restaurant / breakfast facilities available. Though we were offered apologies and the option of a free cancellation we decided to go ahead with the booking. Self check-in was simple, hotel and room were spotless, and bed was very comfortable. Though right in the heart of the bars and restaurants we experienced no noise from outside (park facing room 3). Air Con was OK but did struggle a bit with the exceptionally high 35C temperatures. The owners continued to offer support throughout our stay ,especially when dealing with ********** which at times proved frustrating for both of us. The owners willingness to come to a fair compromise over the lack of facilities was much appreciated and generous.

We were very disappointed with this choice. We arrived during a very warm afternoon - the air conditioner was not working (responding). I reached out to ask for help. A response came and I had already tried to do what was suggested. After trying and waiting for some time I had to reach out again to ask for some assistance. Opening windows was not an option due to the heat. The response I received was curt and basically said "'do what I already said and it will work". We tried for close to an hour and finally asked for someone to come to the room as it was not working. This request was not responded to. After some more time passed with no assistance, we sent a follow up message asking for some help or we would need to relocate. No response. In the end we left and went to anther hotel. No apology or explanation was forth coming.

Great location in the middle of old town, clean and very quiet despite the central location. Very friendly staff. Only minus is parking fee a bit high due needing to use parking hall by shopping mall.

Disaster. The hotel was closed, under construction. They even did not pick up their phone. Paid for taxi and waited behind their closed doors for over an hour. Frustrated, took another taxi to go to another hotel.

Great location, me and my wife really enjoyed the great location close to everything. Very helpful and efficient Franca and nice and cheerful owner, the only thing it wasn’t great it was the breakfast but in the last day it was better, otherwise I’ll recommend it for anyone for sure.
