阿瑟頓藍桉民宿(Atherton Blue Gum B&B)

Easy check in process, had a pool (too cold to use while i was there), It would be an ideal place for a group booking as 3 rooms connect to the common room. The downside to that is, if rooms are booked by random people, it can be loud - if you are looking for a quiet night.

Horrifying !!! Do not book this place unless u like rats ! Fell out of man hole & terrified friend that was staying in that room. Place is filthy, uncomfortable bed. Avoid this place at all costs !! Much better places nearby. Videos shows rat running sling windows sill & in Venetian blind.

Couldn’t get through with internet disrupting booking. So booked in elsewhere, then received a booking confirmation from B &B later. Tried to immediately cancel. Would not accept cancellation and charged full amount when we never even stayed there. Lady on phone helpful, said we should be able to successfully cancel booking but got charged anyway.

Stayed for two nights and woken at 6.45am on a Sunday and 7am on Monday by persistently barking dog right outside window. Dog not owned by owner and instead is owned by tenant upstairs so when the owner was called she said she couldn’t do anything and the dog didn’t like her. In fact she said she started it barking on the Sunday (why???). Said she would speak to tenant but nothing happened. Understand this is a regular thing - and no refund or discount offered. Very very poor. Additionally room 2 toilet didn’t flush properly and ants on floor.

Advertised as a B&B. There was no breakfast provided or the ability to order breakfast. Very low water pressure in the shower

It’s a lovely property, but the mattress are terrible, they are uncomfortable, the mattress need to be more supportive. After sleeping on those mattresses for 2 nights , my back was hurting. The parking was a bit tight, but ok

Really had a good stay here. Very clean, great amenities and staff provided great service. Rooms very well equipped and spacious. Conveniently located and very close to Atherton, I would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely comfortable room, and the kitchen/lounge/ common area was well equipped and comfortable.

The place was so quiet. The parking is not so convenient.
