Checking in The apartment once in was excellent, but unfortunately it was difficult understanding how to get into parking firstly, then the property itself as there was no one on site to check you in & query. If you don’t have internet available you can’t contact anyone so you need to go somewhere with internet to call. Once we were able to call Daisy she was most helpful. Once you go through the process a couple of times it was straightforward. Other couples seemed to be experiencing the same trouble & as we had. Once you’ve been there a day or so, we were then able to help others that were experiencing difficulty. The property was in a great location, 10 minutes to walk to town.

Visit to York The site is convenient, at walking distance to the city centre and tourist attractions. Facilities OK. We stayed for more than a week, the arrangements can be improved by having arrangements for exchange of towels. Generally good experience. Will return.
