桑多拉精品飯店(Sandora Boutique Hotel)

15gün kaldık tüm çalışanlar okadar ilgili ki hergün bizim için öğlen 1de kahvaltı hazırladılar İhsan beye sonsuz teşekkürler.. konum harika 20 adımda yalıkavak marinadasınız.. havuz kenarında sürekli ikramda bulundular parasını fazlasıyla hakediyor.. yıllardır yalıkavakta kalırız tüm yaz ama en rahat bu otelde ettik..havuz tertemiz ogle sıcağında ön bahçe kocaman ve gölge çocuklarla her saat koşun oynayın...3oda tutmuştuk. Ve şoförümüz için jest yapıp onada hediye ücretsiz oda vermişler hemde full sezonda verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla verdiler..

I’ve been staying 7 nights at this boutique Hotel. The location is one of the few positivities of this hotel. The staff is completely unprofessional. I have a feeling that they came from any possible areas, but not from the hôtellerie. You can not choose a table to have breakfast, like it’s been reserved, where it was half empty. There are 10 people working in the morning, but very unprofessional and not structural, some food is missing one days or another. The standard room is very small, so we changed it to the suite, the suite is large but there are not enough arrangements to put clothes, I only fit the luggage of my husband but not mine. The electricity only worked when the card key was put into the card holder, the hotel didn’t have enough cards(according to them) so we only had one card per 2 people for the room, we always had to think ahead who will go where, in order to open the room. Every day we asked for an extra card, but in response only heard that the cards arrive... Flours in our room were cleaned one time per week, I saw the spilled drink in the hall of the 1st floor and watched the stain remain at the same place for days. The pool area is fancy and the pool is very nice, the tile of the pool came out in some parts which is acceptable but for the service again, I had to scream or walk all the way to the bar to order myself a drink. Although I want to say thank you to the two nice girls that worked at the pool even though they were not professional, it was really not their fault, as they were not formed and educated by the management of this hotel.

Booked this hotel for 1 night for us as a couple and 5 nights for another couple. Checked in around 2am. Couldn’t understand why I could hear club music pounding bass in the hallway and in our room. Went to night manager who guiltily, and with a lot or remorse, explained it wasn’t the clubs from the yacht Marina (1/4km away) — but a nightclub that had been opened IN THE HOTEL GROUNDS. The hotel owner has leased a space at the back of the hotel to a large outdoor night club called “Envy”. It goes on most nights from 11pm to 3am. Such greed to sell the space. The irony is that this is not mentioned at all on the hotel website or the website travel partner we booked through. The other irony is the Sandora sign at the front of the hotel reads; “relax, rejuvenate and recharge”. Not here you don’t. Next morning (after sleeping with ear plugs) I found vomit outside the entrance to the club which is connected to the hotel. We only stayed 1 night thank god, our guests had to tolerate 5. The duty manager and manager we met the next day were apologetic and moved the room for our guest to nearer the front of the hotel - but only after I got angry and demanded it. You could still hear the club bass. No offer of refund. Minimal apology. They did say “we don’t plan to renew the lease at the end of the season” - what genius to work out you destroy all your “boutique hotel” brand value by allowing a open air night club in your grounds. So, don’t stay here if you like to sleep. Google Envy nightclub Sandora hotel. That said, breakfast was incredibly good and the wait staff absolutely lovely. Night manager was helpful but GM and owner is clearly a fool.

Nice hotel, very nice staff, great breakfast. Close to marina & shopping. Perfect stay. Only thing could be better is the hairdryers are weak. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Bodrum

When I come back to the city This is hotel will be my hotel again, Amazing place, Amazing Area, Amazing Staff ( Aibar & Faredah ) and amazing Room The Staff is a nice people and very helpful ( smiling all time 😃💔 )

Güleryüzlü ve ilgili personeli en çok beğendiğimiz yönü. Resepsiyondan , house keeping e kadar ve özellikle kahvaltı ve havuzbaşı servisini yapan İhsan bey ve diğer tüm personel çok ilgili idiler. Her tür talebimizle anında ilgilendiler. Tesisin yeri ise bir diğer artı !

C'est la 2ème année que je viens à cet hôtel qui est trop juste en face de la marina. On a pas besoin de taxis. Petit déjeuner très riche. Personnel très gentil. Je le conseille vivement. Piscine très grande. Très belle. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.
