First, let me say that the front desk staff is lovely and incredibly helpful. But, my two night stay turned into a nightmare and cost me thousands of dollars. On my first night, my car, which was parked in front of the hotel, had a hole drilled into my gas tank for someone to steal gas. Because it was on a weekend, it is taking several days for a new gas tank to arrive and be installed. Charge for this is $3000. My husband and I had to take three more days off of work, so are losing wages. We had to pay for several more nights of hotel stays (somewhere else, mind you), additional fees for our dog sitter, several more days of meals, and so on. I've been dealing with police, insurance, car repair, rescheduling all of my client appointments for the week, and so on. Since the incident, I've had more than one person tell me this is not a safe part of town. Though the hotel has security cameras, they unfortunately are not in the area where I was parked (even though it was the front of the building). We were booked for two nights and ended up staying for the second one, after an exhausting day of dealing with the fallout of what happened. Plus, my car was in the shop by then, so didn't have a vehicle to worry about leaving in the lot. The hotel is refunding me for one night. The reason they are not refunding the second night is because upon checking in, everyone signs something saying the hotel is not responsible if something happens.

Requested a queen room that didn’t require walking or stairs. Was assured by property that walking/stairs wouldn’t be an issue. Checked in and was given the FURTHEST possible room away. Literally at the end of the hall all the way around the corner. AND given two beds when we asked for one.

We were super happy with our stay. Very clean, friendly staff, safe and convenient location!

Looking at the room It looked like it wouldn’t work, we could not upgrade even though they had the rooms I wanted.

The room was great! Everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was so nice! We went to Bob’s for dinner and it was nice to be able to just walk back to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. I loved the room layout for my family. The kitchen is well stocked and the front desk was friendly and helpful when we needed extra blankets. Clean, quiet and safe feeling. In Yakima, I have learned that the area you stay in is very important.

It’s like an apartment. It was very clean and modern. The room was really big - full kitchen, closet , living room, bathroom. Will likely stay here again.
