滑鐵盧灣大飯店(The Waterloo Bay Hotel)

The Hotel was good and clean but the accommodation was terrible. The linen was clean . The accommodation smells and was not cleaned especially the bathroom was dirty and needs a steam clean the outdoor area is not maintained and totally forgotten about in fact the whole accommodation block locks like it's been forgotten about. It's a shame to see as I have had large accommodation and it's not hard to keep rooms clean. I would be having a word to the manager as it's obvious they don't care about the accommodation. I would no go there again. Col

Went to the pub for dinner.Staff were rude and obviously tired of customers! They had run out of Great Northern and Hahn 3.5 and Ginger Beer. So we went to the RSL which was great. Bed very hard and traffic noise from the road and bottle shop. Would choose another hotel next time

Superb location, tons of things (restaurants, shops, the beach) within easy walking distance, a movie theater directly across the street, pleasant staff, sufficient staff. A lot to like about this property.

Rang twice to see if we could get early check Inas we had an early appointment didn’t hear back from anybody .

Room quite comfortable, a little noisy at night. Checkin was disappointing as we waited for hours and then found we should go through the drivein liquor department.

They let me in my room early because my 14 hour flight got in at 7 am. I really appreciated that.

The property is 1860 years old so yes lots of beautiful character cleanliness needs looking into motel units not up to standard

Property was A-OK. Undercover car parking was very nice. I enquired about twin beds when making the booking but got no response, my only complaint.

I accidentally left my printer behind and staff went to great effort to get it to me. Much appreciated. I do not like the dooner bed covering, too hot with it on and too cold without it. Ridiculous to have that type of bedclothes in Brisbane climate. Seems to be a world wide fashion and it is not good. Fashion of function.
