Buon Albergo . La camera che abbiamo trovato era molto pulita . Prezzo ottimo sia della camera che della colazione . Logisticamente è interessante perchè è a 5 minuti da Rynek. L'unica cosa che avrei desiderato è il servizio di pulizia giornaliero . Sono stato 3 notti e non è mai venuto qualcuno a sistemare i letti , la camera, il bagno .

Excellent place

Ex ospedale, i bagni sono rimasti infatti gli stessi, puzzo di fogna, cuscini marci, materasso scomodissimo, lenzuola macchiate e bucate, polvere, sporco e ragnatele ovunque! Problem solving completamente zero nessuno mi ha aiutata nel risolvere i problemi anzi le ragazze alla reception mi hanno trattata malissimo! nemmeno la manager “zuzanne” della quale mi hanno dato mail in reception per togliermi di mezzo non ha mai risposto. Nemmeno il servizio clienti di Booking ha risolto i miei problemi. In hotel non è presente nemmeno una cassetta medica e per avere un termometro mi hanno detto di arrangiarmi in farmacia. In bagno non presente bagnoschiuma ma si viene avvisati solo due giorni prima tramite mail di questo. Non c’è servizio di cambio lenzuola, pulizia o asciugamani. Non viene nessuno! Sei abbandonato a te stesso!!! Il condizionatore è sporchissimo e mi è scoppiata una grossa allergia ho dovuto prendere l’antistaminico. Soggiorno da incubo.

Súper bien situado, 7 minutos a pie de la plaza Rynek (del Mercado). Se puede ir a pie a todos los lugares de interés del centro, también a la estación del tren (media hora a paso tranquilo) y a 12 minutos de parada de bus 106 al aeropuerto. Instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones muy amplias, desayuno IMPRESIONANTE en calidad y cantidad (buffet). Personal ayuda en todo lo que se le pregunta. Estancia, en definitiva, muy agradable.

es war soweit alles gut - leider war kein parkplatz auf dem hoteleigenen terrain frei, aber den hätte ich vorher reservieren müssen

Sehr gute Lage. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz. Ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück ordentlich, alles was man zum Frühstück braucht war da. Kein Luxus, aber ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice restored old building 5 minutes walk to beautiful market square of Wroclaw.Large rooms are very clean and modern.Good breakfast for 9 Euro.Very friendly and nice receptionist Irina helped my wife and me with printing travel documents.We are very satisfied with our stay.

Convenient location, close to "rynek" old town square with many eating options and endless attractions. Very clean facility, friendly, helpful stuff. i will consider to return for sure. Tom

Etwas ganz Entscheidendes zu Beginn: Wir waren in den letzten fünf Jahren, acht Mal im Hotel Dikul zu Gast. Was bei unserem jetzigen Besuch Standard ist, ist unbeschreiblich! Die Qualität und der Service der letzten Jahre ist gänzlich verloren gegangen. Es fängt mit dem Parkplatz an, welcher nun Gebühren kostet. Unfreundliches Personal, in Gestalt eines jungen Herren an der Rezeption, absolut unverschämt und überheblich ! Der Zimmerservice findet jetzt nur noch alle sieben Tage statt, inklusive Austausch der Handtücher, Erneuerung des Toilettenpapiers und Seife, sowie Leerung des Mülleimers. Wünscht der Gast eine zwischenzeitliche Reinigung des Zimmers oder Erneuerung oder Austausch von Handtüchern oder Seife, wird eine Gebühr von 25 Zl. pro Tag erhoben. WER ES NOCH NICHT WUSSTE: DAS HOTEL DIKUL ERKLÄRT ES GERNE. IN DREI STERNE HOTELS KOSTET DER ZIMMERSERVICE GRUNDSÄTZLICH EXTRA….. Da hat der Gast wirklich Glück das hier nur 25 Zl. pro Nacht erhoben werden. FÜR WIE DUMM KANN MAN KUNDEN /GÄSTE HALTEN ? Zu Zeiten von Corona, mehr als bedenklich, dass hier an der Hygiene extra verdienen möchte. Das Frühstück war sonst in diesem Hotel mehr als außergewöhnlich gut. Mittlerweile befindet es sich auf Jugendherbergs Niveau. Lediglich günstigste Lebensmittel werden zum Verzehr angeboten. Der Obstteller wartet nur auf den Besuch der Fruchtfliegen. Aufschnitt und Käse sind eingetrocknet. Brot und Brötchen sind alt. Von Abwechslung ist erst gar nicht zu reden. Vor dem Frühstücksraum ein großer Hinweis, dass eine Maske getragen werden soll. Was nutzt dieser, wenn sich selbst das Personal daran nicht hält? Trotz weniger Gäste werden die Tische nicht abgeräumt ! Es ist so schade, was aus diesem Hotel geworden ist. Das der kostenlose Kaffeeautomat im Lobbybereich seit Tagen defekt ist, verwundert da nicht mehr sonderlich. Es wird sich sicherlich etwas Besseres in Breslau finden lassen. Nochmals ausdrücklich unsere Warnung an Stammkunden: Erwarten Sie nicht mehr das, was sie gewohnt sind! Hier hat sich Alles geändert ! An allen Ecken wird eingespart, und es wird versucht durch die Hintertür den Gästen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen ! Es gibt keinerlei Grund dieses Hotel noch einmal zu buchen ! Wenn dann bitte ehrlich und umfirmieren in Hostel oder Jugendherberge. Das wäre dann konsequent und keine Täuschung des Gastes ! Nie wieder !

It left a sour taste! Liked · It is a lovely building, which has been beautifully restored. The location is good and the area quiet. Disliked · The reception upon arrival was chilly to say the least. We were given a printed lengthy list of the rules of the place. .....no parties in room etc. this was a first for us and very offputting! Dikul is not a hotel! There is no room service, no fresh towels, no maintenance of soap levels etc. no room cleaning. It can be arranged for a separate payment! We booked breakfast for the four nights that we were there. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was 10 minutes away in the Hotel Jazz. We normally like to return to our room after breakfast to clean teeth, dress warmly etc. so we were not crazy about this. However, on day one we headed to the Jazz hotel to a very basic breakfast. That evening we returned the remaining three dockets to reception and asked that we be refunded for the following three breakfasts. I also emailed my request to the ‘hotel’. The man at reception Said that he was unable to do this but if we called to reception in the morning the person ‘in charge’ could sort it. We returned and spoke to a very sweet girl who was out of her depth with our request but said she would speak to her manager. We returned twice next day but again were told that the manager was dealing with it. The day we checked out we were told that this person was on holidays!! There has still been no reply to my email!!! We would not return to this hotel and would actively discourage others from staying here!!
