Nice location

Very accommodating hotel. Service was excellent. Had a nice big room. Will b goin bk in a months time.

This lovely traditional hotel sits on the sea front located near to the beach restaurants and town. There can be some noise from the road and the floors and bathroom extractor fans are quite noisy. Staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to take our dog into our room and breakfast once ordered taken to our room to eat.

Good for a 1 night stay. Old hotel and rooms are dated but comfortable. Water pressure poor in shower but put it down to size and age of hotel. We had family room which slept 3 of us comfortably and separate bedroom to side had bunk beds. Staff very friendly and we had everything we needed for our stay

A rather shabby old hotel, very noisy late at night with folk on their way home & very noisy with traffic from early morning. The lightest pair of curtains since I stayed at a Butlins in the 1970's a very brightly lit from from sun up & did nothing at all to stop the noise (a lump of plastic stuck over one of the broken panes of glass. a few plumbing issues & at breakfast with both of the filter coffee machines & jugs of juice empty coffee at 9am on Sunday morning with no one able of willing to take my oder after 15 minutes of sitting at a table I was forced to give up & walk out. The "free wifi" offers you 2 or 3 paid for options before the link for the "limited" free wifi works - I wonder how many guests get caught out & pay up . . .

I booked a garden room or street view room. I did not get this. Location of my room was awful. Attic room on 4th floor at the very top of the hotel building. Lifts only go to 3rd floor then narrow staircase to several attic rooms. My room had 2 small skylight type windows and a 3rd small window which looked straight out onto a slate roof. NO view whatsoever. Sloping ceiling reduced the size of the room and the floor was very uneven. Very unfair and dishonest of the hotel to sell this room on 4th floor and in the attic and CERTAINLY NOT WORTH the £114.00 per night (room only) which I paid. I asked to be moved but not possible as hotel was fully booked. I was only staying 1 night. Very unfair to put a resident in such an uncomfortable situation. The staff were very helpful and friendly but there was little they could do. Greedy owners/management exploiting customers by allocating a sub standard room and certainly not fulfilling my own booking. Location of hotel is great very near to town centre and seafront. However there are many neighbouring hotels in this area with same great location. I don’t like leaving a bad review but I have to be honest and due to the above I feel rather ‘ripped off’ and do not recommend the Chatsworth Hotel, Worthing.

Good hotel in an ideal location for the beach and restaurants; room was big and comfortable, if a little dated. We didn't have breakfast as this felt expensive for a work trip (£13.50 fixed price). Front desk staff were very friendly. The info on parking is a bit misleading, it is impossible to park around the green outside the hotel after about 5pm; the multistorey a few mins walk away is expensive. I would stay again here, but would make sure to get there by 4.30 latest.

Tired hotel - on the main road, way too noisy. Shower that you could barely get wet underneath. Hotel bar closed all weekend. Paid parking is on the main road and underneath the trees which drop sap all over your car.....However, great location, close to everything you would need - staff were friendly and helpful.
