Pas de piscine. Pas de bonnet de douche. Chaise de bureau inconfortable et espace bureau mal désigné. Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le prix. Il y a de meilleur hébergement a proximité.

Terrible stay First night couple next door screaming and fighting at 11:00 pm, had to call front desk to intervene Second and Third night a kids hockey team stayed. Playing ball hockey in the hallways (with parents cheering on), pizza party in the hallways, drinking in the gym, continual noise. Breakfast buffet for the kids was served in the hall lobby which is small and you had kids running around while trying to exit the building and enter the elevators. Saturday, breakfast isn't served until after 7 am which isn't ideal for business travellers nor did the property have signage or tell me that this is the case so I did not get my "included" breakfast. Will not stay at this property again.

Nice property, clean, fairly new. Staff at desk and in cafe, friendly and courteous, pleasant to deal with. Booked the room for its insuite jacuzzi at Christmas. Only able to use the tub once, other than that no hot water for the tub or the shower. Made it a real disappointment. Was told by front desk(sorry we have been having some boiler problems, maybe thats it), nothing i can do for you.

I had to switch rooms because the first one I had was terribly noisy: there were bizarrely loud, random noises coming from the roof, and the heating system produces a terribly annoying throbbing sound. When I went to the front desk to request a room change, there was no apology for the inconvenience, which surprised me. It's not like I was being picky; the room was stupidly noisy. I was moved to another room on a lower floor. The throbbing noise from the heating was much less but still present and bothersome. The hotel overall is beautiful, very clean, and the staff, with that one exception, are very friendly and helpful. It's a shame about the HVAC noise. I'd happily stay again but unfortunately that incessant droning hum from the heating is way too annoying. For me, a good night's sleep is the most important part of a hotel stay and it was impossible for me to sleep properly with that noise.

We had to switch from another hotel in the area because it didnt meet our expectations and this hotel was just what we needed.

The Hotel staff was exceptional as usual. We were afforded an early check in as I was there for my Graduation at the University of Waterloo with family. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast at Jack's a walk away is recommended. Forget about the bistro on the property. Service is terrible. Prices are two years old and service is just as fast. We paid $50 for 8 slices of toast and 3 fruit cups, waited 45mins and had to leave for Graduation as we were 15mins late already. There was no apology from the staff in the bistro.

Very close to playhouse and walmart as well as the farmers market. Also an amazing restaurant wthin walking distance. The hotel also has a great Bistro.
