First room we were put in the AC was broken. Then we had to switch rooms and the air didn’t work that much better. The staff at the front desk was reluctant to help. Then parking my car and walking from the lot was a massive homeless encampment. Felt very unsafe walking on the side of the hotel to get back to the front with so many homeless.

Where to start. We were here for a family wedding and staying here with some other family members. We had booked (and paid) for our room through ******* and booked a club room to get access to the club lounge. When we arrived we confirmed we were in a club room and asked to make sure we were put in a quiet room and also asked for parking to be added to our room. We go to the club lounge and our key does not work so go to the desk and find out it hadn't been activated, no big deal. That evening when we get home the hallway is full of noise (there were a ton of teens staying in the hotel unsupervised) and lucky us one group was in the next room (so much for putting us in a quiet room). It was a group of girls that sounded like a slumber party. It went on and on when we were trying to go to sleep so I phoned the front desk to ask them to settle down and realize the phone in our room is dead so I had to get up and get dressed to go to front desk only to see about 20 people in line - VERY irritating when you are trying to go to bed. When I finally managed to speak to someone it was handled immediately. The next day we went out of parking garage to find out our key had not been activated and wanted us to pay if we wanted to get out, again front desk forgot to add on my key. Then when I got home see that the hotel charged me when I had already paid through ******* so now fighting to get reimbursed. overall would never stay here again.

I would have given this hotel a five star review based on my first few hours there. It’s a lovely place with a calm soothing ambiance, and I had a nice experience at the bar. Around six pm in my room, however, I could hear every word and movement and cough coming from the room next to mine. This wouldn’t have been so bad except for the loud aggressive music they then played. It felt like it was actually in my room and basically ruined about three hours of my stay. I told a man at the front desk and he acknowledged that some of the adjoining rooms had thinner walls. I’d paid extra for a “premier room” so this was very disappointing, but he gave me no apology and expressed no regret. He didn’t even ask for my name or room number. The next morning the waitress who seated me at the restaurant forgot about me and took fifteen minutes to get me a menu. Even though there were only three other people there. And the soda machine didn’t work. Not a good stay.

Don't have 2 queen beds that i reserved. Sofa bed didn't have sheet blanket or pillows. Take more than 30 min to get that. The bed was so thin. I can feel the bed springs pushing on my back. Parking spots were so tiny. The neighborhood was not quite. I heard the helicopter and cop for a long time during the night. Im sure will not be back here.

Clean modern rooms. Bathroom had a nice shower and free of mold/mildew/soapscum. The parking is a 3-5min walk that i dont mind. Great locations close to many attractions and restaurants. Lets not forget you have a balcony!

I feel this hotel traps you into services for which you feel very bad if you do not tip. And I’m a tipper! But, dang, Marriott. It’s kinda ridiculous to not even have a luggage cart available for guests and require them to use a bell person.

Great Location Nice Facilities but the self parking garage was crappy half of the parking spaces were tapped off and parking spots too close together the beds and pillows were uncomfortable the room was small and the lighting was poor in the bathroom

Great location! Right next to some amazing restaurants. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Pool area was very nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Had an issue with our TV in the room but they immediately sent someone to fix it. Manager Gareth was sweet to give us a voucher for on site Starbucks which is amazing! Business trip with the family and it was a comfortable one.
