垂柳飯店(Willows Lodge)

Our stay at the Hotel was very loud with very intoxicated individuals until 3AM out in the Lobby and conference room. We tried to contact the front desk to speak to the individuals however, nothing was done. Our night of relaxation and sleep turned into no sleep and frustration. The hotel did not even try to make it right upon checkout.

The service and Hotel staff were amazing however room service was terrible it took almost an hour to get our food and when it arrived not only was it lukewarm but with the exception of our dessert order literally everything else was wrong it wasn’t even what we ordered. Because of food allergies we had to send it back after waiting almost another hour for them to fix the error the second batch was correct but once again the burgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold. When we informed the staff they took like 10.00 off a 120.00 bill we each ate half our burgers because barely warm meat is unpleasant and paid 110.00 for the displeasure of eating their room service. Next time we stay there we will order food from somewhere near by.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, though the front desk staff was slightly less so. Not sure it was to their fault, more so policy. It’s just an unfortunate intro to an otherwise lovely stay.

Such a beautiful hotel, the restaurant was really good. We had an amazing stay. We watched a concert at St Michelle Winery the walk there wasnt bad at all.

What an amazing get away! We were celebrating our anniversary and had a fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, we felt like valued guests.

Staff were professional via email, phone and in-person. Appreciated their time and attentiveness.

No water in room for guests? Kinda odd. Beautiful room, but very noisy upstairs guests. Made for an unpleasant visit to a really nice hotel. I even asked for a quiet room.

This place was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough about the wonderful time we spent here. The staff is superb in every aspect; open the doors for us, greeted us every time we entered her exited, Always willing to help, super courteous, etc. I really can’t rave enough about this place. I will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Washington. The grounds are kept super clean, the rooms are always nice and tidy food at the hotel, and at the barking frog was simply delicious. The entire ambience of this place was all anyone can ever ask for. Believe me guys, this is the place to stay!

We stayed at Williws Lodge for a girls weekend with my daughter. The proprerty was beautiful with a meditation pool and was surrounded by trees. Exactly what my soul was looking for.
