We've stayed here before and love the hotel and it's location. Staff are really helpful. Our room faced the road this time but it was quiet. Bed really comfy and plenty of hot water. All very clean. Breakfast is good and the bar prices very good. Parking for our bikes in the garage. Definitely on the recommend list

Imagine hours of continuous hammering and scraping on the floor directly above the room you're staying in. Staff seemed disinterested. You'd think they'd not mix building work and guests or at least have a few rooms buffer. If not for the poor planning andcresilting noise this this would be a 4 star review.

這家酒店的設計看起來像一個藝術裝置,但在各個方面都是不切實際的。房間裏沒有茶和咖啡設施,也沒有關於酒吧免費茶和咖啡的信息,房間裏沒有保險箱,你可以把貴重物品存放在酒吧的保險箱裏,真的誰想這樣做。沒有地方放衣服,你必須住你的行李箱。浴室很小,洗髮水和護髮素容器設計,所以你不能一次得到很多。清潔工不會從房間裏刪除你的髒杯子,當他們打掃時,我們不得不把它們放在門外。我們沒有衛生紙,所以不得不使用紙巾。早餐沒有新鮮水果,很多糕點,烤麪包機需要年齡來吐司,一個咖啡機,所以你不得不排隊喝45分鐘的咖啡,然後它就休息了。Tue咖啡機,熱早餐和肉類等都塞進一個角落,所以不可能到達,早起,因爲它需要一個小時才能吃早餐和咖啡。蘋果汁永遠不會起作用。只有兩種類型的茶伯爵灰色和英式早餐。現場沒有經理,我看到一個經理在一次對工作人員說早上好然後跳下來。更像一個漂亮的旅社。酒吧食物是垃圾,對面的橋下有餐館和短途步行。如果房間裏有茶和咖啡,可能會減輕單台咖啡機的壓力,但不多。酒吧裏做每一件事的moxy概念是一大堆twaddle和成本節約的練習,讓酒店感覺就像一個高端揹包客小屋。

這家酒店太棒了。優越的地理位置,靠近商店,風景如畫的運河和博物館。11樓的一流游泳池,在陽光明媚的日子裏涼爽。工作人員友好而樂於助人。XL家庭房實際上是2臥室2浴室套房。孩子們喜歡它。100%會回來!!

Liked :the shower (enough pressure and warm), the double room door (dampens sound better), the water cooker and the side exit to the parking. Looked clean. Issues mentioned by others still exists: noisy highway, smoke from other rooms can enter your room (it is non smoking...) , bedsprings can be felt. Better glas isolation + weather seal could mean a lot to reduce highway noise. Okay for one night, price (65 euro) matches quality.

Das Hotel in Houten kann von mir nicht empfohlen werden: aktuell ist überall (!) eine laute Baustelle, welche um 07:00 Uhr massiv lärmend beginnt. Frühstück sehr einfach - vieles permanent mit Wassernebel besprüht. Kennt man sonst nur aus der Karibik. Doch auch die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und wirken staubig, so mein Eindruck nach zwei jeweiligen Aufenthalten in 2023. Check-Out ist dann werktags offenbar bis 10.00 Uhr, was letztlich dann auch gut war. Preislich in Relation zum Gesamterlebnis insgesamt unangemessen.

We love this hotel! It's location is just perfect -- very near the Utrecht Central station and many other places of interest, inside the mall and very accessible. We just walked from the hotel's mall entrance to Vredenburg, DomKerk, Oudegracht and the canal area. There's a Jumbo supermarket too near the hotel's mall entrance. And for those with heavy luggage, the mall lift (to/from station level) is just beside the hotel entrance. The staff especially in the cafe are friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast buffet spread is the same every morning but everything tasted good. The room was spacious and comfortable and ours had a nice view. Wifi was fast, outlets were adequate. It lacked some bathroom or room knobs/hooks though and the shower handle should be wider to accommodate a bath towel. Overall, this is an excellent choice in Utrecht. Definitely worth the money!
