波士頓沃本希爾頓歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Boston Woburn)

When we arrived the first room we received had hair all over the towels and countertop and poo on the toilet seat. Had not been cleaned. The second room we were given 30 min after getting into it. My son had just fallen asleep and a maintenance guy let himself in saying we had to get out and he needed to fox a light in bathroom. Yes we had the do not disturb sign on door and they still came in. I went to complain to the manager and he clearly didn't care. After I walked away could hear him laughing with co worker about it.

The hotel itself was fantastic -- clean, suites are well appointed and quiet, and staff are fantastic. Downside is lack of food options within walking distance, except for a Chik-fil-a... but there's a ton of options within a 10 min drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights. The hotel is amazing. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Hotel is right off 2 major interstates and convenient to hop in or hop off for touring about the area. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Would highly recommend if staying in the north Boston area.

Did not like the fact that there was no fan of any kind in the bathroom. The three gentlemen who work afternoon and evening shift were extremely nice and helpful. However the two women who worked during the day were not nice especially Laura. When checking out she never said thank you, have a nice day, come back soon... nothing just "Put your key there your & what room are you in" and that was it. I found that to be extremely rude after spending seven days and six nights in your hotel. Otherwise we had a delightful stay. It was a wonderful hotel, the food coffee/t bar was excellent as well as the pool.

Amazing place to stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The place was extra clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and welcoming. The hotel staff were very friendly. It was a lovely place to stay and close to everything we wanted to see.

Great blackout shade, quiet heating, refrigerator and microwave, nice breakfast area, decent breakfast options, only one request needs better bagels, whole wheat or multigrain bread, good price

Llegue a las 4:00 am y no pudieron hacerme la llave de la habitación tuvieron que subir conmigo y mi familia a la habitación para abrirla y tampoco trabajaba es de muy mal gusto uno cansado y luego entro a la habitación y tenia un olor terrible y ni me cambiaron para otra habitación

Did not receive a receipt. Did not get told where to go for elevators. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Tv kept cutting off. Hair on one of the beds. Then during checkout no receipt from that. Literally no line. Did not ask how my stay was. Housekeeping very nice. They always said hi and bye..but front desk needs alot of work
