「My friend and I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location is excellent. We stayed in a disability access room and appreciated the effort to provide accessibility. However, the bathroom drainage was not good. The floor was completely level, which I understand is part of the design for accessibility, but unfortunately, the water didn’t flow easily toward the drain. After a shower, water would pool on the floor and take a long time to drain, which made it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. I had to place towels on the floor to help keep it dry. I hope the hotel can improve the drainage design in accessible rooms to ensure both safety and comfort for all guests.
