A lovely hotel with all the bells and whistles. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Seems they thought of everything. Plugs everywhere, lights, and mirrors often lacking in hotel rooms. The room was very quiet and the facilities lovely. The only negative is that when the kitchens close between 2 and 5 pm, there is no room service available. We will visit again.

The Alfond Inn is a beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff located in majestic Winter Park. We have stayed here a few times and are always impressed by how helpful the staff is from the moment we arrive to the second we depart. It is an a very comfortable and clean hotel. The beds are comfortable (the pillows a little hard) but all in all there is nothing we do not like about this establishment.

Initially I was upset because I didnt realize until after i booked the room that the hotel was under construction. they were nice and offered to let me cancel. i still went and so glad i did. amazing property, really amazing neighborhood and the hotel itself is 5 star...the facility, staff, rooms, food, etc. plus a mission about giving back to the local college.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, but there is a lot of room for improvement, in particular with the restaurant. I ordered room service and I got my food on a plastic container, and the salad was half a lettuce. Also, if you are allergic to eggs you have no luck with breakfast.

Superb boutique hotel in a lovely section of Winter Park. Service was outstanding and the property just so lovely. They do need to fix the Wi-Fi and include streaming services but other than that just wonderful.

Exquisite and trendy hotel smack in the middle of beautiful Winter Park. Easily a great getaway hotel for a weekend and never have to leave the property.
