酒店環境還行，應該是第二次入住了！早餐可選性不太好，其他可以！ 攜程給力的，在我們飛機晚點無法當晚入住的情況下，攜程先辦了退款（一晚房費）

The photos online showed bright, modern, clean rooms. When we arrived, the rooms were much older. Didn’t have the same esthetic as the photos. The grey paint was chipping off the cabinets, the shower drain was rusty. There was an old empty set of doors that opened to the studs of hotel with torn drywall….really creepy… no purpose. The lights/lamps in the room didn’t work. I could only turn the bathroom light on and one other lamp. 3 or 4 didn’t work at all.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff and close to nice restaurants!! Plus a safe atmosphere and well lit!!

The area that we were in was very loud. They had a meeting going on till 9 and it was very loud. The hotel could have used a little TLC. The one room we stayed in you could see in through the door frame. There was a gap between the door and the frame. The woman who checked us in was amazing. She was what made the stay so much better.

The 2 individuals that working the front desk were HORRIBLE! When i walked up they were helping a couple who were clearly displeased with their service. And my expeie ce was no better. The hotel itself smelled like mildew and the rooms definitely need an ugrade. I will NEVER stay here again. The best part was the location...... its close to everything and the Viallage Tavern's food next door is amazing!

The staff was very kind. My room could've used a little more TLC though. Cobwebs and dust. Things growing around the bathtub area... but my main issue was the toilet. There were literal drops of pee on the toilet seat. Obviously whoever "cleaned" the room didn't even bother to at least wipe off the seat. I cleaned my own toilet and kept it moving though.

It was a short but good stay. The property is in need of repairs but those repairs are being made. The breakfast selection and dining area was very nice. Staff were outstanding.

The checkin was disaster, there was a bird in our room, place dirty, staff rude I could hear screaming from the back of check in

They canceled our reservation the night we showed up. They blamed ******* so be cautious when booking.

Front desk staff is not very friendly or 'welcoming'. These days tho', that seems the norm at a lot of places. My stay at the La Quinta was just average and, that's ok.

The room had ripped curtains and also cigarette burns on them. Cigarette burns on floor. Food pieces left on floor. We informed the front desk and she moved us to a cleaner room, but never apologized for the inconvenience.
