Overall ok. A little outdated and needs some tlc. Great breakfast though and a good value choice.

Very satisfied

The bathroom sink got stuck and would not drain, and the hall light would not stay on for my wife to put on her makeup. We told hotel staff and sink was fixed but not the light. Bathroom floor looked dirty but it was dried paint or plaster. Maintenance person took our 2 clean towels to use on the sink and never replaced them.

We went through *******, I placed a request on there and it said to call the hotel which I did! I got the name of the man I spoke to and date/time. We got to the hotel late, at 2000, the man at the desk said he was just waiting till 1100, so he could get off, that was my greeting. Before he placed us in a room, I ask that we be placed on a top floor, that I had called and requested it. He said that the top floors were full, There was only 15 cars in the parking lot at the time. I ask. He said that those people had requested those floors, first come, first serve! That is NOT what I was told on the phone! We have stayed there several time and have never had problems! Needless to say we will never stay there again! When we left at 0600 the next morning there was still 15 cars in the parking lot!

Where do I begin? This hotel was the definition of a catfish; none of the pictures that were on ******* matched the room I received. When we walked in there was stains on the walls, paint was chipped, lamps were ripped and the table side lamp would not stay on. You can’t even go to the bathroom with the door closed. The worst part about the room was the door; the door itself was thin and not installed properly leaving huge gaps so the light from the hallway would spill into the room and you would be able to hear everything going on. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel as it was a best western plus.

The first room we were assigned had a roach that greeted us after opening the door. We asked for another room and the shower in the second room drained very slowly. Not a good experience. Will probably never stay at a Best Western ever again.

I did not like anything of the property/stay. The whole hotel smelled like mold. The quality of air is poor all it came out of the AC was smelly mold odor. The bathroom tub was with mold on the handles ceiling with spots low water pressure fan was loud, you can hear thve water running very loudly can hear when yhe water is running. I would not recommend this to NO ONE or NOBODY its more like a crack hotel. CONSUMER BEWARE!!
