The first room that we checked into had a crack in the ceiling from one end of the ceiling to the other and it took an hour to have them inspect it and get us an other room. When we woke up the next morning we found that are car had been broken into, the window smashed and all of our things had been stolen.

There was makeup on the linens, the remote for TV was missing and there wasn't extra bedding for pull out sofa bed. Plus it was loud several times during the night.

This. Was the worst hotel in winnipeg i have stayed at. The hotel frontdesk women were terrible. House keeping was the worst part. They walked in on me and my partner 2 times during our intimate time.. when they did come to clean they did nothing not even make the bed or vacume obvious garbage. There was still a empty wine bottle from previous guest. By far the worst hotel experience of my life. Any request made to front desk i would be told someone will come shortly and i would waste time waiting and realise the request was not made and there is shift change.. Do not stay here save ur money pay alittle more and stay somewhere else. Also they had false advertisment they have smart tv but they dont .. the hotel staff acted like they never heard of a smart tv. Waste of money time and experience..

Overcharged me 750 for a deposit for a 3 night stay. Supposed to be only 250. They said they couldn’t reverse it and I have to wait 5 business days to get my deposit back. Paid more for the deposit than the 3 night stay. Same night multiple vehicles windows were broken. Security wasn’t good enough. Never made the beds at all and I made sure there was nothing on it for them to do the basic housekeeping duties. First and last time staying here. Very disappointed

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food at Manoomin is the best, and the service is impeccable. We loved our server at the restaurant, Darryl! The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel front desk tell guests about hotel amenities more at check-in. Hype it up, it’s a beautiful hotel!

Modern facilities with clean lines and pleasant appearance. The shower was amazing and the beds comfortable.

Safe , clean , convenient location with a warm friendly atmoshpere with great staff who are friendly and welcoming.Security is always there and present.
