Will not return to this hotel, the room was dirty from air conditioner, curtain, beddings even the microwave oven. You could even hear the footsteps upstairs. So disappointed.

We stayed for almost a week and the breakfast was always the same. No change. Muffins a bit dry. Was a big t weird that we had to get towels from the front desk and tell them our room number. Most hotels have them just in the pool area.

Booked a suite & 2 king rooms. Called ahead explaining im traveling with a toddler, asking if kitchen is fully stocked. Was told "no oven, only stove top with a fully stocked kitchen including cutlery & dishes". Arrived to find a stove top and completely bare kitchen, other than toaster and coffee maker. I would have packed dishes etc had i known! I had called ahead to confirm! We had absolutely no cookware, the stovetop was useless. Had to run out and buy paper plates and ready made food for our stay. The pool couldnt be used as it was so heavy with chlorine. A group of 6 adults & 1 toddler lasted 20 minutes before having to exit the pool area/room. One of us has worked at a pool, testing chlorine levels. She was absolutely certain that these levels were way above and beyond what they should be. Everyones eyes were burning terribly and it was hard to breathe. Rooms were quite dirty. A lot of hair left on the floor, especially in the bathrooms. Floors were really dirty. Countertops had sticky food still stuck to them. My husband and I have stayed at all surrounding hotels multiple times due to frequent travel. None have ever been as dirty as this one. We've gotten better deals/upgrades with the other hotels in the area, therefore we were expecting a lot more from this one. We would go back to staying at any of the other ones before returning to this one. Hot breakfast incl; eggs,hashbrowns,sausage same 3 items daily. Hair in hash. Eggs burnt. Broken wafflemaker.

Pros - easy check in Cons - for almost $200 a night this hotel is extremely disappointing. The doors are not locked so anyone can come wandering into the hotel. The pool area isn’t locked so anyone off the street can walk into the pool area or access the elevators and go to any floor they want. The rooms are not clean, they’re tidy but the areas that matter aren’t clean. The filters in the ac/heat unit were disgusting and I had to remove them and walk them down to the front desk to request they be cleaned. The ac unit was making an awful noise so I removed them to see what was going on and discovered the gross condition the filters were in. The girl behind the front desk didn’t understand what I was asking for when I asked her if she could get a vacuum and clean them for me. She finally called a manager and it was explained to her that they needed cleaning. She said she would get me new filters and bring them to our room. To her credit she did deliver the cleaned filters rather promptly. The hotel is extremely noisy. From inconsiderate guests stomp walking upstairs and sounding like elephants walking on the floor above us to the drunk unruly people slamming doors until 3 am and talking very loudly in the hallway. We got no sleep. There were empty alcohol bottles at the front door area in the morning and boxes of empty beer. The front entry area where you’d normally pull up to check in was blocked off our entire stay. The breakfast was gross apples in a bowl In ice.

We had a wonderful stay in the property over the weekends. We enjoyed the amenities included. The only thing that bothered our stay was the noise from the multiple guests from the other rooms from 2am to 4am. I hope the property can reiterate to observe silence especially at midnight.

The staff on checking in and check out was friendly helpful. The room was clean allow a bit date. Over all for the price I’ll give a 4 out of 5. Bonus points for having real sausages in the breakfast buffet.

Not great, homeless people and beggars right outside the front door harassing you for money and cigarettes. Also the pool had a dangerous level of chemicals in it that burned your eyes just sitting in the room watching the kids swim. It made it hard to breathe in the pool area. It was horrible.

Everytime we travel to Winnipeg we stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the location as it is convenient to drive to all the places we want to go.
