The service for extra amenities wasn't gret you had to go down to front desk for new supplies and the breakfast wasn't on time when announced at 6am it was half hour past. Some of the customer service was rude towards children and cleaning after breakfast wasn't up to par.

不會再住這家飯店，房間很髒，空調、窗簾、寢具甚至微波爐都很髒。你甚至可以聽到樓上的腳步聲。太失望了。

我們住了將近一個星期，早餐總是一樣的。沒有變化。鬆餅有點乾。 我們必須從前台拿毛巾並告訴他們我們的房間號，這很奇怪。大多數飯店的泳池區都設有這些設施。

just ok We checked in at 3 and the pool was closed, when it did open, after 6:30, there was lots of "stuff" floating in the water. The hot tub was not hot, was not warm, but very, very cold. Also the elevator inspection certificates were not displayed anywhere. Because the pool was closed at check-in, they allowed us to have a late check-out the following day. the hot tub had warmed up, but had a greyish film.

Terrible stay I went out and bought cleaning supplies and gave the place a scrub. I have never done that at a hotel before. Our room key wouldn’t work so we got a new one. A few hours later it didn’t work again. Went down to the front desk again and they told me I was in the wrong room. I showed them the card key envelope with same room number written on it by their staff. No apologies. Breakfast was terrible. Little selection. Waffle machine was coated with old burnt on waffle and not useable. No bowls for cereal and we were told by staff to use paper cups for cereal. The pool made our family’s eyes burn and made us feel sick. Too much chlorine. Also, the next evening someone threw up in the pool twice and people kept swimming in it. I’m not sure how long it was closed for cleaning but it was open the next morning. Parking is sparse and sports are very tight. Will never stay here again.

The room needs some upgrades the curtain valance is tore,toilet base cracked,couch wore out.Nice to see shampoo ,cream rinse,and hand lotion in large containers instead of wasteful tiny containers
