This facility exceeds our expectations. The front desk person Pad was excellent. He’s amazing with a very welcoming attitude, very accommodating , friendly, full of good energy, professional, & treated us with courtesy. He even had a great deal parking our vehicle in their lot. The shuttle driver was outstanding. We highly recommend this place to those who love cleanliness, tidiness & perfection. The reception area smells fresh & clean, it’s presentable & very organized. The room is excellent, beddings smell fresh & clean. Everything is immaculate. Very well managed, congratulations

good place to stay for an overnight while flying out of Bradley Airport. Shuttle was helpful...a bit confusing as the shuttle is not identified as Holiday Inn Express. It's a shuttle for LAX Parking...but once they get there you should ask if they are for Holiday inn.

I was there because my dad’s funeral was in town. We were supposed to have a king sized bed and received 2 queens. When we saw our room we went back down to the front desk to say we were supposed to have a queen.. She then proceeded to check to see if they had one available but they did not. I just said do we get any discount to see if it was more or less for 2 quarts. She said she didn’t know but to ask the next morning. It was late so I just went up to bed. It was fine and I had bigger things I had to deal with the next day. Not sure why I paid for a king but it wasn’t actually available.

The night staff at the front desk went on like he was doing me a favor. The safe in the room was not working and the sink was leaking from under. The room was changed the next day when I made a complain to the day staff. I left a request for wake up call Did not get.

As with some hotels, whatever is used on your carpet to clean presents an odor that causes rather severe congestion. Not sure if this is customary but knew I was in trouble after thirty minutes. Don’t believe change of rooms would’ve helped. I liked need to search out hardwood or tiled rooms. Overall a great facility.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the room we stayed in. We had a single king bed and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and well thought out. The shower was great and there were full-sized Dove toiletries provided. Coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
