Front desk is very unhelpful, the parking is very confusing and the walls are very thin. They do not have any signs indicating where to park and the reception who was helping me was extremely hard to understand. I was parked in their parking lot and I kept asking if its okay I stay there but the guy told me “no you have to goto the parking garage across the street.” I paid a $15 parking fee at the hotel, but then had to pay for city parking, it made no sense. When I read the signs later in their parking lot it said it was for guests only so I’m not sure why they told me I couldn't stay parked there. It is extremely noisy when other people open and close their doors as they will shut very loudly, could hear people speaking in room next to me, very thin walls, not enjoyable especially for the price you have to pay. The only nice thing about this hotel is the view of the river, which wasn't anything spectacular. I will never be staying at this hotel again because of terrible customer service, thin walls, and terrible parking situation. My best advice is to pay a little extra and go to ceasars where you will be respected easy access to parking and have a 10x better experience overall.

I entered my room for my stay at 8 p.m. Every 5 minutes from then until 2 a.m., doors opened and closed on my floor. As the doors are older mounted in hollow metal frames and lacking newer closers, the constant opening and closing was amplified. I requested that security come to the floor and remain there for enough time to catch people coming in and out in order to advise them that their flurry of activity if keeping other guests awake. I spoke with reception when I checked out and they said they would speak with their manager and get back to me with a resolution yet I have not heard from anyone. It's been 4 days. I will NEVER stay here again. If you are not noise-sensitive, and don't care much about constant opening and closing of doors, then maybe this hotel is for you. If the opposite is true - stay clear!!!!

The parking situation was a joke , plus they charge you to park and they don’t have any parking at the hotel, they refunded my parking fee because I couldn’t find any parking in the areas they said they had additional parking, would never come back and I’ll tell everyone I know for the cost of a night stay and no parking situation plus people smoking and hanging around the front door , very disappointing ..

The hotel is excellent in a great location on the riverfront close by the ****** and tunnel to the USA. However, the parking is inadequate and it youre not early you end up searching for parking on the street may have to park a few blocks away. That alone dropped my rating by a full star. Very annoying way to end the day.
