住宿方回覆: I am very sorry if I have not managed to get to the phone for you. I can not find any emails from you and we do not have a chat service. I am a small B&B and don't have a reception desk and sometimes can be busy looking after my lovely customers, cleaning rooms, working on maintence or even taking a day off. The great news is you can as you did book using online channels. To your point Red letter days are not wowchers, and are not the same company so not sure why this would be confusing. We do not take red letter days we do offer wowchers. When you booked through wowcher you booked a date with availability showing and redeemed it online. Then on the day of your booking you would have been emailed (to the email address you booked under), all the info you needed and the check in process before 9:30 in the morning. I can only assume if you didn't receive this you have a technical issue with your email as we do not seam to have received your emails and you must not have received ours. I am very sorry I did not get chance to look after you but can assure you a room was here and ready for you.
