Our room was so nasty I had to go back and tell them to come se it. The walls doors, sheets, table, bathroom... nasty! Vents had more than a inch of dust on them. Door lock broken. We moved to another room, it was better but still dirty, cobwebs, dirt on the walls, ceilings, bathrooms were nasty, no coffee maker, no iron, no ANYTHING＞ I took a ton of pictures to show just HOW DIRTY it was inside. They charged us 25$ to go in earlier by the time we moved rooms it was check in time and they never offered to refund us that$. Also, we get 2 small towels when I requested more they told me 2 because people steal them! WTH... I didn't want anything from that place. Grocery carts outside, a man walked in on me in the room, due to the lock on the door being broken, he walked in asked me for money! My husband who was closing up the car ran in and got him out. They NEVER tried to make it right. It was honestly the worse kept hotel I have ever stayed at. OH and though it says is has this and that... IT DOES NOT! The rooms, don't have anything they say they do. and NO POOL....
