Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Horsham

The room was clean, we arrived very late (1 am), the front desk had our keys ready and the check in was super fast. Breakfast of good quality overall, maybe more variety would have been better. We did not try the gym and pool.

Great location

Staff was friendly and helpful but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. However our stay was on Thanksgiving and we were made aware that housekeeping was sent home early for the holiday. That made us happy. Def would stay again.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights; room was not cleaned the entire time we were there; trash cans over filled, dirty towels piled up etc. I had to call two days in a row to provide us clean towels and pick up the dirty ones. In our first request, I had to call twice ( one hour after the first one because noone came); the person who picked up the phone, who seems to be the manager, was not happy that I called for a second time, he angirily said 'I told you I am the only one on the desk, I will be bring it', he hang up the phone on me while I was on the line. In our second request, we waited for hours and no clean towels; so we decided not to call again because of the bad experience from the prior night. This hotel neither provides lotion nor refill shampoo, body wash or conditioner during a stay. Overall this hotel fails in so many ways one would expect basic services from a typical hotel.

Nice overall but a couple of things in the bathroom needed attention. Broken lock, missing cap for sink, shower shampoo dispenser was detached and needed to be glued back on. i lost my toothpaste cap because the sink did not have the drain cap.

Rooms are only cleaned if you stay longer than three days. Two adults were only given two towels and one roll of toilet paper. Room was hot to sleep and was unable to move the temp thermostat.

Refuses to give a refund even after I told them it was a mistake Called a spoke to them and the person on the phone said it was “to late” refused to make any accommodations

Welcoming front desk, clean room, great breakfast (scrambled eggs, quiche, bread, fruits, cereal, yogurt, etc)
