威爾馬溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Willmar)

Area was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Room was good sized. Bed was very low to the ground and way too soft. Hard to get out of. Bathroom was huge but the water for the shower was barely warm at best. Shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Curtain was damaged and had grime on it.

The man when we checked in was not very polite When we checked out he was very polite Lighting was poor in the room and the bathroom was damaged in areas

The room seemed to be clean but we were very disappointed in the maintenance in the bathroom. The door wouldn't shut, the toilet lid was loose, the toilet rocked on the floor, the bathtub drain was broken off, the vent fan didn't work. Considering there was so much wrong with this one room, I wonder how many other rooms are similar...

I was offered to use the electrical outlets in the parking lot for charging my car. This was wonderful, and with the property's agreement, I added that information into the PlugShare app. The level 1 charge overnight is just what I needed.

We booked the room online through Orbitz. We booked a pre-paid non-refundable room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we could not stay there because we were residents of the county, which was not indicated that there were restrictions when we booked the room through Orbitz. We asked to talk to the Manager who took one look at us and said we were acceptable to stay at the establishment. This did not seem like a very customer focused practice and should be laid out in the online registration. We did not have another option if we would not have been allowed to stay at this hotel, so please make this clear to customers in the future.

Overall, stay was pleasant. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better. ie. hair in tub. Overall, room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is ok, this was clean, the beds were very comfortable. But the staff didn’t do my beds they only put me fresh towels. Everything else was good.

Dirty, smells, to much air freshener trying to cover awful cooking smells

Overall cleanliness is lacking. Dirty walls, floors, lampshade, and furniture. Breakfast did not include hot eggs and meat. It was well stocked with other options though.
