Very clean. New. Nice. Only dislike was the hard floors in the rooms & no carpet. Was cold on the feet. A/C didn’t seem to stay cool in middle of night. Kept waking up hot. Breakfast was so so. It was ok for my 5 year old but not great for us 2 adults.

Booked 2 queen was given 1 king bed. Avid could not accommodate and give me 2 queen bed due to sold out. Amd would try for the next day. Front desk gentleman was polite and very frustrated with the circumstances. He wamted to help but could not. undunderstood it

Felt welcomed and safe. Property was very, very clean as well as the room. If I wanted to change anything it would be a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast choices were good, healthy and plentiful. I would definitely recommend Avid and will certainly stay again.

No frills hotel, nothing fancy about it but has all the comforts you need. Rooms were clean, lobby is clean and inviting. 24 hours coffee and tea bar, breakfast had a great selection. I would highly recommend.

Clean modern rooms. Staff with wonderful customer service skills. The only thing that would make my stay better would be coffee and bottled water in the room, but that small difference will not keep me from staying at this facility.
