Well maintained. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Anytime I walked down to the front desk there was no one ever there. Extra towels, early checkout, etc., never anyone at the desk.

Was catfished by the pictures online. The hotel was subpar at most. Wasn't the cleanest, very out dated, and was over charged!

I have to give major KUDOS to whomever keeps up the dining area. Everything has been stocked perfectly! The rooms are a little dated but very clean. Much appreciated!

I like the fact that it is close the the lake Geneva area. The rates are good . We usually stay at the grand Geneva but it’s so overpriced . This is definitely a hidden gem .

Enjoyed the getaway, room was spacious and super clean as well as all other areaa of the property

The facility was immaculate and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, although all the pillows were thick and bulky - no soft, squeezable choices. The shower was fine, with plenty of hot water, although there was no stopper so a bath wasn't possible. The breakfast choices were quite good, including hot sausage and eggs. Overall , much better than expected for this class of hotel.

All was good except the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Room had a really bad smell to it, the towels were dirty with brown spot stains on them. The bed had a little dirt on it and the coffee maker was caked in old coffee grounds that’s was extremely disgusting. The service was very friendly overall but the state of the room was a very bad experience.
