While the hotel was clean and fairly up to date - I was happy I was able to park my car there and be able to get shuttled to the airport in the morning. However, the "shuttle" was an old delapidated sedan and then when I arrived back in Wichita to retrieve my car, they didn't have a driver available to pick me up for 30-40 minutes. They instructed me to get a taxi or an Uber. Even though I clearly gave them instructions in writing when I would be arriving back to Wichita. Don't be fooled by "shuttle service". I won't do this twice.

I was traveling with an elderly gentleman and he is recovering for a triple bypass surgery and is on oxygen, we had a room on the second floor and he had to climb the stairs. No other rooms were available.

I walked from my room to the Front Desk and back in my socks....the bottom of my socks were black when I returned to my room. When we returned from our trip, we had to get a Taxi to the hotel because the "shuttle" never arrived. We waited in sub-freezing temperatures for 45 minutes for the "shuttle".

The sheets had all sorts of stains. I think they were washed but they looked dirty. The whole building had a dingy smell. The guy who checked us in was friendly enough, but that was the only good part of the experience.

The person behind the front desk was amazing and very helpful.

Wrong room requested 2 beds and only 1, other visitors trying to constantly swipe key, not a quiet place

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Efficient an courteous service.

the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the towels were dirty, it is not true that it has breakfast.
