桑丹莫特飯店(Sundowner Motel Hotel)

We love staying here when we visit family in Whyalla. The beds are superbly comfortable and our kids love the dining and breakfast in the restaurant. Will stay again and again.

i always have liked staying here but as we booked through a website, we didn't receive any extras like Breakfast. Management are saying the hotel has changed hands this week.

From arriving to departing, the whole experience was awesome. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming, like we were regulars, everyone looked after us so well, after a long couple of days on the motorbike from Perth, it was nice to get, special mention to Christy in the restaurant. The meals were great, well portioned and good selection, the room was just as awesome, great space, nicely laid out and the bed so comfy, not sure when we will be over that way but the Sundowner will be our go to place to stay

The room was clean and tidy, however simple things like not supplying bowls, large spoons or a toaster was a let down.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the bathroom floor tended to get very wet due to the there being no alcove for the shower. We wondered if room 34 was designated for people with a disability. Even so the floor was quite slippery.

Clean and tidy units. Warm and cosy with nice big bed and even though there was only two, we had a unit with extra room for a family. Plenty of supplies in unit. Excellent stay. Close to town and easy to find.

The property was modern and cery clean and quiet

Restaurant in property is good and the property is well-equipped, comfortable and convenient.

Décent restaurant and great staff But dirty toilet, mould on shower tiles, bed smelt of body odour.
