Check in straight forward but not high energy. Rooms are clean and modern renovation. Lamp missing lampshade. Not enough charging plugs. Coffee in room is worse than Folgers. Basic room, very comfortable bed and room for barely two. Shower excellent, lots of pressure and heat as needed. There's a pool. Easy access to central Whittier.

I didnt even go into the hotel, the lady said i had not paid for it yet, thats what she said and was very condescending and wasn't giving me proper information. I don't know what she was mad at but she didn't have to take out on me.

Came here for a one night trip and I had a reservation through **********. As I checked in, they charged me an extra 120 dollars for check in thinking it was a deposit. Bad communication service. I wouldn't book with again.

The woman at the front desk was very condescending. The room lacked cleanliness. The bed comforter was dirty, much so we left it on the floor so we wouldn't sleep with it. The restroom was not clean at all, the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while as well as there being hair on the floor from the previous guests.

Wifi didn't work. Manager was out and called me around 9pm to troubleshoot the problem. It was too late to try that. I don't understand why logging into their wifi was such a process that worked on none of our phones or computers.

Very friendly people. I booked a room for my sister & husband while they visited over holidays. They expressed to me how horribly hard the bed was, extremely uncomfortable . My sister had to use extra pillows to sleep on . They actually left for home a day early bc of it
