The towel should be cleaned more deeply or changed by new one more frequently.

It was really good. hotel is so clean ! and staffs are very kind

nice hotel, near to university. Luckily got it and then it was full.

一直期待住在這裡看到臥室的照片和飯店 Instagram 頁面，但我們的房間非常令人失望。寒冷、吵鬧（單層玻璃窗），旁邊是另一家需要關懷的酒吧和浴室。不是我所期望的價格。看起來也更像酒吧，有房間作為附加設施，而不是酒店。退房時，我們聽到另一位客人抱怨他們房間的標準 - 恥辱！

Potentially lovely hotel but things leaving a sour taste are.....£12 per day additional parking fee - £3 Fees for coffees at breakfast IF you want any thing other than a filter coffee - English breakfast - cant cook a fried egg - options were poached or scrambled and kitchen wont deviate from that - Wow!! Beware - Noisy street if you have a room at the front

The hotel is perfectly positioned for the centre of Canterbury, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and fresh and have all the amenities we needed for our stay. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I think the hotel did seem a little short staffed during our stay, we did have to wait at the bar a number of times before someone came around to serve us. I also had an issue with my room key and had to wait at reception for a time until someone appeared. We saw a number of new recruits being shown round so it looks like this issue will be short lived. All in all a very pleasant stay and we will be back next time we are in Canterbury.

Hôtel avec décor historique près des points d’intérêts mais si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur la rue très bruyant. Commodités de base pour un hôtel quand même de luxe.

Great stay, so close to the theatre where we were going in the evening. Plenty of great restaurants within 100 yards or so. Room was lovely, bed was great and although close to a busy road we were not disturbed at all. Only slight grumble was at breakfast when we were seated but 3 other groups arrived after us and were dealt with first - however the quality of the breakfast made that slight wait worthwhile.
