舒適飯店之家與套房蓋拉廷 - 納什維爾大都會(Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week for a mini getaway, less than an hour from our home. The hotel was spotless and in a nice, safe area surrounded by dozens of restaurants and access to the interstate. The staff was friendly, and our suite was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. We were extremely happy with the room and stay for the price.

I am always impressed by cleanliness and order and that was what I got. Amenities were great, breakfast, laundry facilities for guests, and overall calmness that helps in relaxation. A hidden jewell!!!

I have been traveling a lot lately, and this has been one of the best places I have stayed to date. Staff was so kind and friendly. If I return to this area, I'll definitely be booking here again.

The staff at the counter were great however the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand english so communication about the rooms were very hard. Everything had to be communicated through the down stairs counter staff. Night time counter staff was rude and inhospitable.

Terrible that Comfort Inn took advantage of the current Tornado striken people of Hendersonville. Comfort Inn refused to honor a Cancellation of a Booking, and charged the full amount for a Room that we could not get to. Shame on Comfort Inn of Gallatin to have taken ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED.

So let me start by saying the Place was nice and tidy. What really prompted the One Star was their policy of not honoring a cancellation, meaning you will be charged. Due to the recent Tornado in our area we were unable to use the room. Tried to cancel was told i couldnt with them had to do it through *******, they tried and still nothing. So on top of the Heartship of the Tornado I feel we were taken advantage of by Comfort inn. No Remorse, no Sympathy for people. Never will I Book with them again. Shame on you for taking people for a ride.

Great location. Very convenient for us while visiting our family. Newer property in the early stages of local expansion. Staff was all very friendly an accommodating. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The customer service is amazing, but the GM isnt friendly at all. They took money out before I even checked it. I am highly upset at this hotel and I will be calling and sending an email to corporate.

I traveled alone this weekend for a quick getaway to just relax an refocus for the coming week. And this stay exceeded my expectations. From the safety of the area, to the convenience of nearby stores of food options. I couldn't have made a better choice. Also if Will is not a manager he should be. He was very welcoming and also texted to check in and make sure everything was going okay. So although I was skeptical at first, I'm glad I didn't make any other choice. I will be back but with my husband.
