The power went out during our stay. The bad thing was, they were out of code, as far as having any kind of light anywhere as a pertains to the exit signs, stairwells, there was no back up generator. I was in the shower and also picked up when the water just turned off. They didn’t offer me any water. I had to go in the cold pool and rinse off. They didn’t offer anything as far as any credit whatsoever. I asked for a reimbursement I called corporate.

The property was fine and the staff was polite. However, very late at night there were children running through the hallway yelling, screaming, and banging on doors. This was on the first floor. There’s no way the front desk people did not see or hear them, however they did nothing. That was unacceptable.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre très propre et bien aménagée un plus pour la machine à café Keurig. Un déjeuner très satisfaisant avec un autre plus des brioches à la cannelle. La seule chose que l’on pourrait ajouter serait des contenant à recycler.

Excelente la atencion y las instalaciones.

Was so happy to find the rooms updated and in beautiful condition! The two bed suite was very generous in sizing with much extra space. Would definitely stay again with the family!

Theres a HUGE gap in my door so big I can stick my fingers through it. The hallway noise is unbearable. There’s a full on playoff party in the lobby and all the drunk people are standing in the hallway talking to. We booked this hotel for the heated indoor pool and the heater is broken. I overheard the staff talking about it and talking about how they should lie to the patrons about the heat of the pool . Unacceptable

Super clean property. Well maintained. Cheery colors and decor. Welcoming staff. Quiet. Convenient to two interstates.

Very comfortable bed. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good too. I always like hot food options. We were on back side of building and the turnpike is right there so it was quite noisy with all of the trucks. Ask for a room on the front side or turn on white noise loudly on an app on your cell phone

Staff is friendly and the hotel is well located - however the building is quite old and some improvements are needed.
