We spent a 3 day (2 night) walking break. We planned a location for proximity to The Cleveland Way and this fully met our needs. Park and Ride into Whitby is across the road. The trip was also to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary doing the things we enjoyed and our stay could not have been better,

Stayed for four nights. Absolutely loved it. Slept like a log everynight. Staff was amongst the friendliest and most accomodating ive come across. Breakfast was delicious. Ate in the restaurant at night and the Fish and Chips were as good, if not better than anything you get in Whitby. Highly recommended!!

Room 1 very small as it was a double bed, asked to change room as mezzanine room was shown as still available on their web site but they said it wasn’t, too small a room, bathroom was a wet room with hand held type shower, not very satisfactory as shower went everywhere due to it being faulty.

My stay at the Stables was great . The food was also very good. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who are going to Whitby. The Staff were also very good. They would go out of there way to help you. Many thanks for an excellent stay . David and Caroline 👍

Excellent room, food fantastic. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. Great breakfast. Ideal location with a park and ride over the road. Good beer garden, decent selection of beer. Large room on two floors with a separate living area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was quirky. It was lovely and warm when we arrived on a cold windy day. We ate in the restaurant, the food was exceptional and the service was great. Breakfast was excellent too. We liked that dogs were made so welcome, we dont have any but enjoyed seeing them. We have already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at the stables Whitby , friendly staff and owner beautiful surroundings I would highly recommend this place, close to the places we wanted to visit , we will return with out hesitation

Everything was fine but the TV kept losing it's signal. Was very distracting and made watching (particularly) BBC almost impossible. Otherwise, the stay was faultless.

Very good position in Whitby, very close to Park and Ride which was ideal. Room kept very clean. Very nice standard of breakfast too.
