Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
The Pinnacle has a great location, and it's easy to walk to wherever you want to go. The staff are very friendly and are accommodating as possible. Every staff member we dealt with was excellent and did their best to make our stay better. The suite we stayed in had everything we needed. The jacuzzi tub was the big selling point for this room and it did not disappoint. However the carpet was dark and looked dirty; probably time to change the carpet. The hotel had 2 elevators, one of which was down during our visit. Who has an inoperable elevator during ski season? Parking at $25/night was a bit of a stinger, but cheaper compared to other Whistler hotels. Overall good experience and I would recommend it regardless of the minor irritations I mentioned.
